Paragon Pavilion has been my favorite cinema for so long, and now, with a new manager, I think his name is Reese, it's so much better. Great movie theater at the Pavilion. My only complaint is the seats do not recline, only rock. They call it luxurious rocking recliner. The have food to bring in, and even unlimited pour your own butter on the popcorn . That is awesome in itself and a reason to go right there. Paragon is a great theatre with friendly staff...but be careful when choosing a movie! I used to visit another high-end cinema a few miles north known for their recliners, and onc day I went to a showing and it had regular seats. Only then I figured out some showing rooms were recliners while others were not. With Paragon, unless I have just been lucky, every seat in every room has always been a recline and I never went back to the other cinema. Last night while going to see F1 I noticed the description said "Rocker chairs" which I incorrectly assumed were reclines which also rock. I was wrong. These were regular seats which barely rock, no root rests. This is a very first-world problem, I get that, but when you are used to always being in a recliner at the cinema it's a major disappointment when you don't have one- especially for a longer movie. And I wasn't the only one confused, i overheard other people trying to find the reclining button and just before the credit started some lady in the back row stood up and announced "Does anyone know how to recline these seats." So, Paragon is a great theatre and the staff (including Management) are nice, but be very careful when booking that you are are not seeing a movie in the the "Directors Room" (Screen 7) unless you don't mind this. read more

I base my reviews on value and expectations, and this theater consistently meets both. I've been here dozens of times--it's a solid go-to spot for locals. While there are newer and fancier theaters in town, this one holds its own. The seats are very comfortable and recline all the way back, the sound quality is great, and the pricing is fair for what you get. This is a small theater tucked into a strip mall. It doesn't have the large, showy appearance that most theaters have. The entrance to this one is narrow with businesses like an ice cream shop on either side. I bought my tickets online using the Fandango app. It allowed me to see the size of the theater, find what seats were available, and select the recliner type seats we were hoping for. Top Gun Maverick was a blockbuster this summer. Seats were hard to find. The three people in my party ended up seating separately, but it was worth it. We selected single, end seats in the consecutive rows. My mom was behind me, and my uncle was in front of me. Our seats had a bit of a barrier on our left so we were somewhat separated from the couple sitting on our left. That made for a much more relaxing experience. The leather seats had foot pedals that slowly raised and lowered to your liking with the push of a button. There was also plenty of room in front of the outstretched chair for people to navigate the aisle without disturbing me. We came on a Tuesday during the day. Tickets were half priced. Definitely worth it. The sound and picture were great. I wasn't too cold or too hot. I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back, especially on a Tuesday to take advantage of those half priced tickets. read more

I have been going to this theater for a long time. The last time was over a year ago. I had a terrible experience, but this time it was all good. They seemed to have remodeled the seats and there's a dine in option now. Last time I got a broken seat and a broken promise for a voucher after my movie. I sat in the recliner section today, it wasn't broken. I paid around $11 for it. I got an icee and found out they were free refills. The Mario movie was awesome! read more

The prices are the same as any other movie theater with tickets and food/beverages. When asked if there was a way to fix damaged or dirty screens prior to showings, staff responded with "oh that's been there for a while. No." This three foot long mark sits right in the middle of the screen and seriously affects the viewing experience. They also didn't offer any discounts or compensation regarding the full price tickets we paid for a damaged screen viewing. read more

I could hardly tell this was a multi-theater place from the outside. The theater is fronted by a restaurant and Royal Scoop, which certainly makes for a convenient post-movie treat. Inside the theater has reclining seats with generous spacing so even a packed theater feels spacious. After walking up a long ramp, we presented our e-tickets to the usher and were directed to the theater. With only nine rows of seats it's definitely on the smaller side but the screen and the sound were perfect. I really enjoy being able to buy tickets and select seats online andI highly recommend it, especially for popular new releases. We had to look through several different showtimes to find seats together and not on the fringes or the very front. Once the previews start rolling, sit back in your recliner, munch on your snacks, and get ready to become immersed in your movie. read more

So happy the new Paragon found their niche here There are 10 small theaters hidden here, they expanded and took over the old attached warehouse that use to house a retail store out back There's a bar, tv to one side of the lobby. There's a do it yourself kiosk as you walk in. Highlights: 1. You pick and reserve your seats, which are soft leather and recline with the touch of a button 2. You can put all you want butter on your popcorn, even powdered flavors are on the counter for your use along with salt. No tiny packs of salt to wrestle with! 3. There's a rewards card you can get for free and join the club 4. The strip mall it is in has vastly improved and now looks more like a classy spot you expect being across the street from Mercato. There's still an ice cream parlor next door but now a huge LAFitness to work out the calories as well as many other restaurants and smaller cafes. 5. You can buy your tickets online and Seniors who are 62+ pay $9.50 compared to $12.50. Makes me look forward to my birthday Highly recommend coming, my new theatre in town now. read more

The outside reminds me of the the quaint movies theaters I used to go to growing up. The Paragon Pavilion is nestled in a small Naples shopping center. The inside was clean and well taken care of. This Wednesday my girlfriend and I went to go see the opening screening of Ready Player One. We purchased our tickets and easily reserved our seats 15 minutes before the movie started. Since we go to the theater quite often, we had earned enough Paragon loyalty points to redeem a free small popcorn (which we upgraded to a medium for .50 cents...of course.) The theater is nice, clean and not overcrowded... But lets be real, we go to this theater because of the big comfy seats! read more

The seats are amazing, large and comfortable. They recline with the push of a button. There are lite numbers on the aisle so you don't loose your spot and best of all its assigned seating. The only down side is that its not stadium seating ( not sure why they didn't think of that when remodeling). The restrooms were clean as so was our theatre room. Overall good experience! read more

We went to this theater yesterday to see a good movie and were terribly disappointed. The theater next door was showing a Taylor Swift- concert movie and it was so loud that our theater was vibrating. At least two people from our movie went to the manager to complain but it didn't help much. We would have left if we hadn't travelled 45 miles to get there ! This movie theater is tucked away in a busy strip mall. We thought it was going to be packed, but it turns out all the cars were for the gym next door. I love that this movie theater has the option to pre-book seats online. Plus, this theater had really comfortable leather seats, with a push button foot rest that came up so we could stretch our legs out. We got popcorn and a soda, and the popcorn was just marginal - way too salty and too many tiny pieces, plus it didn't taste fresh. Whomever does the scheduling for the movies, however, should take each movies' target audience into account. Cars 3 (the movie) ended at 11:55 am, and approximately 8,000 kids poured out of the theater (although capacity was only 96). The theater ushers took one look at the theater, and wouldn't let anyone in until five or so sluggish worker bees were able to make the theater usable again. We were allowed in around 12:10 pm for our 12:00 movie, and got to see maybe two previews before our movie started. The comfortable seats and ease of booking get me every time, though, so I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in town. read more

We went and saw the 9:45 showing of Oppenheimer on July 29th. Theater 5 was gross and was not cleaned from the previous showing. The armrest on our seat was broken and missing with 2 screws sticking up. We ordered a pizza popcorn and sodas. The popcorn and sodas arrived with no straws, no napkins. The pizza arrived with no napkins and no plates. It was the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I would never return to this theater until the management is changed and paragon invests some serious capital to bring this place up to the standards to warrant the prices charged for disgusting overpriced food served in a filthy environment. read more

My fiance swore for weeks that going to the movies on Christmas day was a thing. "Nope. Malarkey!" is what I thought and WOW was I wrong. We had these tickets for a complimentary movie and tried to use them to book our seats. Took us a bit to realize you have to redeem them in person. In almost 2019. So, we take ourselves to the theater to reserve our spot only to find them closed. First showtime, which we wanted to see, was less than an hour away. I could see employees making popcorn but no one would answer the door. Eventually got our tickets when we returned later and found them to be "subject to availability." Settled on the 6:40 showing of Aquaman. (*rating of Paragon Pavilian is not based on quality of terrible movie but seriously Jason Momoa could be shirtless more often.) Showed up for our showing eager. Got ourselves some popcorn only to be stuck behind a self-proclaimed professional. Literally. This lady took a straw and was feeding the butter through it as to evenly distribute all while oblivious to the Christmas Movie Night crowd gathering behind her. Thankfully the next patron let us go ahead since she would be awhile preparing for her third movie of the day. Apparently, subject to availability translates to "seats most desirable to kick" because oh my God. After the movie my fiance said I must've been kicked 8 times and oh, did I laugh. Maybe I stared daggers at 8 people but at times it was essentially a 4-D movie. Every person had to adjust their hip on my chair to get to theirs which would be awesome if done during the correct battle sequence. Nevermind that getting to your reserved seats is apparently a task in itself and therefore adding to the 4-D experience. We watched a family get ejected from their seats twice via a glowing smartphone in their face before they finally settled next to us in the subject to availability section. Was better than the movie actually. Great idea but maybe don't expect folks to find their designated seats once you turn off the lights and request the cell phones to be as well. Love the actual seats themselves though. Awesome recliners until you're getting purses full of snacks to the left of your head. Also lifted up the armrest to find it covered in some kind of oil like some roided out gymrat just got done benching. Truly saddened. I want to enjoy my time here and I know people who do but this is the second time in a row it's been just awful. Know it's a busy day, apparently, and the movie and patrons aren't the fault of the establishment of course but I can't recommend. I did manage to not have anyone spill a pitcher of beer on myself or my fiance so there's a silver lining. read more

What? $6 movies every Tuesday???? Awesome! My hubs and I were looking for something to do one night- so of course we scroll thru Yelp to find something. This place pops up its great reviews. We went on a regular night to check it out. First of all, this theater is very clean and the people are friendly. A tip- you will want to go on their website before going here to buy tickets and choose your seats. Yes, choose your seats, because they have the most amazingly comfortable recliners with footrests in the theater. There aren't an awful lot of them, so you want to get in before it gets filled up. I don't think there are any bad seats. We had a great time and were very comfortable. They also have a bar type area where you can get alcohol drinks- bonus! So.....when we found out they had $6 movie tickets on Tuesdays, we were hooked. Now we like to go with groups of friends and on date nights :) My daughter loves this theater as well. If you like the Silverspot, you'll love this theater. read more

Movie night redefined. Although there are many parallels to their competitor in the Mercato, the theater seats one-upped them. Leather seats, elbow room, assigned seating, and plenty of aisle space - but the best part of the movie experience is that the seats recline. They're wide enough to be comfortable, but not so wide that you don't know what side of the seat to lean up on. The staff seem very helpful and are friendly. They cater to the area's age demographic which makes it a pleasant experience for everyone. They also have a small lounge area set to the side and out of the way of the concession stand. There was a slightly longer wait time at the concession stand because some of the items had to come out of their kitchen. This is what happened when I ordered a soft pretzel, but again, I was in no rush because I had an assigned seat. One area of improvement that could be made is creating more definitive areas for obtaining tickets. The kiosks for ticket confirmations are right by the entrance, and the counter to buy tickets are on the other side if you want a "live person". This could potentially hold up lines, but they're doing their best to have staff direct them. The Pavilion looks like they're getting some decent business in the plaza again and will no longer be the red-headed stepchild to the Mercato. read more

I dig, man. I dig. Back in the day, and by that I mean the mid '80's, the Pavilion theater had six screens and was the GREATEST place in Naples for gawky pre-teens like yours truly to hang. The giant video game arcade and ice cream shop next door didn't hurt either. Alas, I spent many hours here watching legendary flicks like the Goonies, Splash, Legend, T2, Gremlins and dozens of others with my idiot pals back when Naples was still a smaller town. There was the Twin at Coastland, the Town Center (ugh) or the Pavilion for movies. Almost always, we took the ride north to this location because it was just the best. When the Pavilion theater disappeared for a few years then came back about 11 years ago, it was ok. But with the most recent upgrades, the bar area, the reserved seating and the luxurious reclining seats....are you kidding me?? Not only coming back here for the newer films, 3D, etc. brings back tons of childhood memories just being in the building again, but the place has grown with the times. Prices are reasonable and competitive, not to mention $6 Tuesdays all day! Concession prices are comparable to other theaters, beer and wine in many flavors, appetizer type foods as well, staff are friendly and fast, and the experience all around was outstanding. Plus, it is Fandango friendly. Color me nostalgic, but I will be here for future viewings more often than the other theaters. I loved it again just like I did when I was 10. Well done. Now, if we can just get that arcade back over there somehow..... read more

Went to this theatre twice in last 14 days. Both times were great experiences. We purchased our tickets in advance and just provided our confirmation number when we got there. The theatre is pretty empty, even on the weekends, but the place is clean and the popcorn is fresh. We only shared our particular auditorium with 2 other people on the first visit and 4 people on the second visit. No little kids running around or making noise. It was awesome. The seats in this theatre recline!! Not only do they recline, they recline with a button so you can choose the level of which is more comfortable. A feature the seats at the SilverSpot Cinema don't offer. They play all the new releases too. My hubs and I LOVE this theatre! read more

One trip was all it took to turn this place into my new favorite movie theatre. I'm not sure what I loved most - the leather reclining seats (that actually recline and have a foot rest!), the spacious leg room, the convenient food trays, the cleanliness, or the fact that seating is assigned... No more waiting in line for openers!! While I didn't drink, I loved that the place had a bar. Also, no video games... I feel like these two components deter teenage loitering. And despite the fact that there's an ice cream parlor immediately next door (which was more crowded than the theatre), there aren't a bunch of kids running around everywhere. The prices were pretty standard - $13 for adult tickets and $500 million for concessions. (Ok, really like $12 bucks for nachos and a soda, but nothing out of the ordinary.) GREAT theatre for a date night, as well as for family outings. If you're a Regal regular, I highly recommend giving the Paragon Pavilion a shot. 5+ stars! read more

Recently returned to movies following the covid interregnum. Seeing Elvis was a treat. The movie was excellent despite an outage in the middle of of the picture. My low rating was not for the price of snacks, as they have to profit somewhere, but rather the general uncleanliness of the theater and specifically the state of the bathrooms. The two women in our group reported popcorn in the bathroom (???) and no toilet paper. There are several choices in SWFL to see a motion picture. Most of them offer reserved seating and great seats. In the future I will choose another venue. read more

I love going to this theater and will always pick it over Silverspot, especially in season! Easier to find parking and just overall a better experience. The seats are better than Silverspot too. It appears they renovated because there appear to be more reclining seats per row...not 100% sure if that is the case or if perhaps I hadn't been in that specific theater before, but the seats in theater 2 seemed newer. They are comfy and recline well. Rows are far enough apart so that you don't have to put your seat up if other folks come later and have to walk by you. I love that they don't seem to play as many previews as most. This last time seemed longer than usual, but all my times here have been very good at getting to the movie close to when the time indicates instead of the usual 25-30 minutes of previews and ads. My only gripe with this theater is that I often get a broken recliner. It is fine as I don't really have to be fully reclined to watch a movie, but they do appear to break down often - with our group of 4 that usually goes, one of us always inevitably gets a broken seat. My last comment isn't so much a gripe as a "wish list", but I wish they would have the "dine in" option that some other theatres have. Paragon has decent food at reasonable prices to purchase that you can eat in the theater, but would be nice to be able to order in your seat and get refills on drinks/popcorn like some other theatres have. read more
