Great cinema in Mercato. One of, if not the best, theater in Naples. Parking in the garage at the same level as movies. Impossible burger 2as Great with cheese and fries. Hot chocolate chip cookies were awesome. Best popcorn with real butter. Button to push to call waiter during movie and leave written card with order. Awesome movie experience. Great menu. Zero stars. Today is my last visit to alamo. I attended alot of movies, regularly. They no longer take orders and force you to use QR codes. QR codes are always a problem, full of viruses, always manipulated. Server said starting Monday, no more service, only QR codes. So, no more attending movies at Alamo. read more

If I could give a 3.5 star review I would but 3 feels too harsh. Positives- comfy seats, clean theater, and friendly staff. Negatives- the portion size and price. We ordered a popcorn and it only comes in one size, it would be nice to order a small popcorn not just a massive bowl. A Diet Coke is about $7 and again one size and not necessarily worth how much you pay unless maybe if you order it without ice. Worst part was the sound, we sat in the back row which was row 9 and it was so quiet. Not sure if it was any better towards the front but was hard to hear at times where we were sitting. read more

Saw a movie and the theatre appears to be spraying a mixture of fragrances: it started with fake fruit odor and then maple and other stinky chemicals. The sound of previews and film was too loud during special effects and music while speaking lines were unable to be understood; the sound is so poor! Disappointing to spend a lot of money and need to cover the face and nose and ears while missing aspects of the film. read more

I'm impressed! As a long time spotlight goer, it has definitely been transformed! I went for the first time this evening, and it was a little confusing. There was no traditional box office, nor a popcorn counter. We went to the counter where you get a putter and mini golf ball to see what was what, and the guy told us which theater to go in to. Once we found our seats, I called a server over who was very helpful! He showed us where the menus were, as well as how the system they have there works. I was disappointed with the time it took to get drinks (long), and we had asked for an extra bowl for popcorn a couple times but never got it. The popcorn was good, but not your classic movie theater popcorn. It was like homemade popcorn with REAL BUTTER The drinks were good, popcorn was yummy, water tasted a little weird, but overall I look forward to seeing another movie there! read more

Nice seats and that's it. Told to come 1/2 hour before the movie, this was our first time so we did. That was a mistake. We were told the theater was not open as we waited in the hall. Also to order your food we were told to use the QR code, so we did. Another mistake because they are going to send you a text to pay your food bill, but they don't and of course blame it on your phone and the internet. They add 20% tip including the tax, which I don't add the tax when tipping...so I asked about the text that never came. No one offered to let me pay the bill. A sleazy way to do business. And if I have to order myself you don't deserve 20%. Sorry your system is void of the reason you get table service, why don't you just have me go to the window and pick it up myself? Bad customer care. We won't be back. Too many theaters in Naples to deal with a company that does not want to deal with customers. Also saw the hand held device that says "shussssh the jerks." cute? Also they spray the theater with scents that are sure to give you a migraine. I want to add that I am from Illiniois and there is a food theater called "Hollywood Boulevard" That does everything right when it comes to food service and a movie. The theater is set up so that the servers crouch down as not to be so obvious in front of you serving the food while the movie is running. We went to the theater once a month. This establishment does not work. Take a trip to Woodridge Illinois and see how it's done. Oh and those servers were always given more than 20%! read more

Clean theater with stadium seating and reclining chairs. They serve food it's basic bar one food. The drinks are decent nothing special. W have had the pizza it's pretty good similar to frozen pizza. Be careful you can run up a tab pretty quick eating and drinking here. Its place to be the Mercato plaza on weekend is vibrant and great to go to after a movie. read more

The movie theatre seating is very comfortable, having the waiter staff dash across your row the entire time while watching a movie interferes with that. So the food delivery service gets a 2 star rating. It's not a great concept. read more

We decided to check out the Alamo Drafthouse (previously SilverSpot which will be missed), upon arrival they informed us that since we were 5 minutes late the doors to the movie theater were closed, she rescheduled us for a later time. Recliners are somewhat comfortable and there's a pull out tray for drinks and food purchased. Food came out at a reasonable time. My problem is that our dishes were left empty in front of us for too long (almost for the whole length of the movie). In fact, the entire row had empty dishes in front of them. We also wanted to mention that the volume was too loud. I would not return to this movie theater. read more

Showed up during previews and manager would not sell me a ticket for 8pm Monday show.at 8:14. Said I had to be sat 30 min prior to show. Would have spent $100 plus. Neat vibe--celebratory of film and fun, slightly above average food and drinks **for a movie theater** but still a tad pricey for what's being offered. Mini golf is a fun novelty for first time visitors but likely something bypassed during repeat visits. Seating capacity is on the smaller side which is nice and also a necessity, IMO, for the in-movie food & beverage service provided. Seats are comfortable recliners with ample space between you and the next guest. Audio/video quality is as you would expect at any good theater today. The execution of the in-movie food/beverage service however was an absolute disaster, so much so that it detracted from the entire movie enjoyment experience. We filled out the handwritten card and pressed the order button during the previews: 2 cocktails, a diet coke and 1 popcorn. 20 minutes later we had to flag down a different server to inquire about our order's status. He seemed puzzled and asked what we ordered, which I repeated. ~10 mins later we received half our order accompanied by two rain check tickets and a popcorn voucher along with sincere apologies for the missed order. Shortly after, we received our diet coke and popcorn. Later in the movie I placed a second drink order which took 3 minutes to be picked up. 15 minutes later our row was alerted to "last call" and I again mentioned that I hadn't received my order. 10 minutes later we were brought the check and alerted that the bar had "missed our order" but that the drink was being made now. ~5 mins later I received my second drink. It was clear others were having similar issues and the servers seemed to constantly be ducking and talking to other patrons about their orders which overall was very distracting, and mind you, our theater was probably only about 30% full. Logistically the in-movie food/beverage service was a failure. The button feature seems flawed vs. an app-based function. Hard to tell if there were issues with specific servers, the overall system, or both, but if these issues aren't corrected quickly, this might be the Alamo's last stand. read more

We were so excited for Alamo Drafthouse Cinema-Naples to open. Opening days definitely had some challenges. When our wine order arrived we thought, this is a joke, right? $15 for what? We were told it was a 6z. pour. Clearing not. See my attachment. Plus, the wine selection was not great. So much more to say about our wine experience, but I'll move on to the popcorn service. The popcorn was the best and delicious, but you could not order and take into the theater. We had to wait for a server to come to our seat to take our order. Then 30 minutes or so prior to the movie ending a server, like a ninja, shows up and asks to take away your credit card from your site to charge for the popcorn. No one whats to risk having their credit card compromised. They need to rethink this service. Sadly, no matter how wonderful the popcorn was, we won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Going by yourself, expect bad and long service times, the servers pay more attention to bigger parties, I had my button pushed and still no one came, waited 10 minutes and had to go find a server myself, they also don't take away your beer glasses and plates read more

Alamo drafthouse in Naples was much needed. I have never been but am so glad I went. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. We got to the theater early to play a round of mini golf and had a great time. The theater was such an improvement over Silverspot. This will be our new go to theater moving forward! read more
