This place has been mismanaged for quite some time. Bar is never stocked with anything.. glasses, ice, big ice cubes, etc. one bartender to run back to kitchen constantly. Servers in movie theatre don't bring your change back. They also don't give you receipts. The receipt at bar doesnt add up. It includes auto gratuity in ttl but doesnt show up on receipt. Overall, CineBistro was a really comfortable spot to watch a movie on a large-scale screen. We arrived 30 minutes early, per the website, so we could order food. We found our seats which were super comfy with the full recliner features and small moveable tables across them. A lot of the chairs did have some run-down qualities to the leather, especially by where you rest your head, so the place could use some maintenance. But our chairs were fine. The food is expensive, but I did enjoy my salmon with two sides (the stuffed mushrooms were especially amazing) for $25.99 The popcorn only comes in one size for $12.99 which is outrageous, but supposedly it comes with a free refill. That's great and I would have taken the up on the refill but no one ever came back to check on us once the movie started. And since you pay at the time of ordering, there's no way to add a soda mid-movie, either. Also, there is a 19% service fee already added...I did feel some pressure from our server to add more tip, but in the future I wouldn't do that now knowing that other than ordering/paying and getting your food, you don't see a server. read more

I was aware that CMX CineBistro has a bar and a full-service restaurant. What I didn't realize is that it doesn't have a traditional concession stand visually featuring the classic candies and snacks you typically see at most movie theaters. There was no popcorn machine on display--and, most disappointing of all, there wasn't even that familiar, delicious popcorn aroma in the air. Also, there's a hard bar running across the bottom cushion of the reclining chairs, which I found very uncomfortable. (For reference, I'm 5'10" and 160 pounds.) We entered an hour early to sit at bar. I was served a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, gnat entered mid drink. The bartender did not come back. I had to have host radio him. Clearly did not earn his automatic gratuity. He showed up 30 minutes later. The popcorn trio was stale. Crab cake was cold. Absolutely not cooked or prepared to order. Returned it, asked for changes. I had to literally go down to kitchen to request my changes, ridiculously understaffed. I noticed everyone eles only ordered popcorn. Apparently they were locals, been hete before. This was my first time. I now know. Disappointed for the double gratuity and cost. Mgmt definitely needs to dive deeper into the overall operation of this establishment. From friendly to cleanliness. First let me say that since moving to Florida, I have been to this theater and the Silver Spot. Silver Spot was a joke because when we went they literally handed us our food in a shopping bag , and you eat your food in your lap. Cine bistro has better seating, better food and they come to your table and take your order. We have the same concept in Tucson, called Roadhouse which is slightly better for a couple of reasons. You have a button you can press that blinks if you need refills or anything during the show. Also lots coffee drinks and wings , flatbread pizzas , street tacos, just movie fare. And Carmel popcorn.. but in terms of dine in movie options this place is the best I have found since moving here. read more

The seat cushions are wore out. This is the 3rd movie I've gone to now that there is a bar that hits you at the tail bone, for context I'm 6 2 and 188 so normal weight. 3 different seats in 3 different theaters. The place was also just filthy both the restrooms and the theater itself. read more

Two visits on a rainy week in Naples. Comfortable seats with wooden trays. Friendly and fast service although the theater on both visits was almost empty. Large screen and clear sound - no issues although you can hear the patter of pouring rain from above. Clean bathrooms. This has been our theatre of choice since they opened. However, they changed their menu and took one of our favorites (steak salad) off of it and what a disappointment because that salad was incredible. I usually order the chicken bowl but changed it up last time to the chicken skewers with two sides (carrots and mashed potatoes). The mashed potatoes were instant, no salt and pepper, no butter, and it was tasteless. No one checks back in with you, you're left to fend for yourself if you want a refill, etc. For what you pay, the service needs to be there, at least one check in within 20-30 mins of the movie starting for a refill etc. read more

I recommend going at least 30 to 45 minutes BEFORE your movie if you would like to order Dinner prior to the movie starting (They don't serve you once the movie starts for safety and no disruption while the movie is playing.) We are celebrating my Husband's birthday weekend and wanted to enjoy ourselves and have a great time, and we certainly did! CMX CinéBistro Coastland ran like a well oiled machine from the purchase of our tickets to our dinner and movie. Don't hesitate to order their food. Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS too! (See pictures attached) My Husband ordered the Pan Seared Snapper and I ordered the Crispy Chicken Bowl with a Buttered Popcorn bowl ( get popcorn stand if you order dinner too) As soon as we placed our order, we had our popcorn, drinks and dinners served in less than 20 minutes. Even the popcorn was delicious to the very last kernel. If you're thinking about going, don't Hesitate to go here. You will have a wonderful time/date night. We definitely did! They helped start our birthday celebration weekend to a great start. We also loved the Managements presence everywhere. Especially at the theater room while your dinner is being served in case a problem arises they are there to help and assist their Staff, not somewhere else lost in the building. Theater was nice and new looking. Very clean. Seats were ok. Not uncomfortable, but just not as comfortable as other similar places we've been. They did recline nicely though to almost a zero gravity type position. Food was good, not great. We got a sampling of things as it was our first time. Popcorn came in a real bowl and they have a stand for it as well so you're not stuck holding it constantly. My burger was better pretty good with an excellent bun. Nice and soft brioche. Wife's Greek bowl was good. Got a boozy shake as well. Not bad. Didn't really taste alcohol at all, but it was too sweet almost, and I have a big sweet tooth. The bad part that makes me rate it lower is they have zero service after the movie starts. No drink refills, no checking to see if everything is good or if you need anything else. You have to exit the theater and walk down the hall to this window (I had to just kind of figure this out on my own as nobody tells you this. Then you're waiting for drink refills or whatever while the movie continues to play. I missed a good ten minutes of the movie getting drink refills. read more

I only went to this location once and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The reclining chairs are amazing, and the food/drink service seems good. Menu has a variety of options for everyone including a vegan burger, but pricing is not cheap (ex. one burger for $19, popcorn for $12+). Movies back at Coastland Mall? This place certainly ain't the good ol' two screen theater, with the vibrant orange carpet and walls next to the Gold Mine arcade where I watched Return of the Jedi three times in a week in 1983! Fast forward to 2022 and holy popcorn, Batman! This place will make me forget all the stupid things Hollywood does just so I can hang out here for a few hours. First of all, the tickets are cheap, but if you reserve online through their website, you'll pay about 4 bucks a ticket for service fees. But, it's still cheaper than some of the other theaters in Naples. Check-in at the desk is welcoming and easy. The massive full bar that dominates the lobby is impressive with tons of seating, tables, space, TVs and natural light. CineBistro recommends you arrive 30 minutes prior to show time. You'll be greeted and brought to your reserved seat in the theater by one of the very friendly and well-trained servers. There's a full menu with apps, salads and entrees (filet mignon in the theater??) to the typical movie snacks that you can kick up a notch. For example, 9 bucks for regular theater popcorn sounds a little pricey until you are brought a huge ceramic bowl that your family would use as you plopped on the couch for movie night. They'll put a metal stand on the floor next to your recliner for the popcorn, and you can walk down to the service window down the hall to get unlimited refills! Nice. They have different flavors for the popcorn as well like caramel. The theater was amazingly clean, the leather, reclining seats were soft and so comfortable for a 3 hour D.C. Comics, vigilante movie. I had a half Caesar salad with some grilled chicken skewers. The dressing could've used a little more bite to it, but overall was very good. My brother had the steak, and he said it was unreal and tender. It smelled great, but since the lights were dimmed, I didn't get a good look at it. This does make eating during the film a little challenging. The servers were great, and they explain their concept very well. Being able to pay as soon as you order was nice, too. They add an automatic 18% gratuity that is shared among all the staff working at the time, since it's a team concept. For example, our server put in the order, and within two minutes, we had drinks brought up by a food runner. The food came out fast as well, so I don't mind their policy with the tip because everything ran quite smoothly and efficiently. Every employee was helpful and friendly. The training here is obviously top notch. The next movie I want to see will definitely be at this theater. I loved the entire experience. read more

You have to order before the movie starts and you get to enjoy the movie while you eat and drink an alcoholic beverage. We ordered an appetizer: bread with cheese and jelly. I used to like this theater. They have a full service bar and you can order entrees and get delivered to your seat. We tried to watch Sound of Freedom here. First, the movie didn't start. Some viewers including myself told the front desk. Then a film started. It was a cartoon. They deliberately didn't play the movie to a half full audience of paying customers. The poor girls at the front desk refunded our money and said that some people that work at the cinema were being funny about the movie. I don't know what's funny about child sex trafficking or what statement some creepy Caucasian kid is making to 100 adults and paying customers. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. They let you buy your tickets online drive all the way to the theatre then proceed to tell you that you HAVE to have someone over 21 with you just to watch a movie. Not only do they tell you that but they don't give you a refund. I was really excited to this place because it's new to the area and the reviews were great, unfortunately it was the worst experience i've ever had in a theatre. They told me I would have to get my refund by emailing something on their website, guarantee I will not see that money again. Went to see guardians of the galaxy today , upon arrival we were greeted with a smile by sir Jordan at the ticket desk :) we waited at the bar for our theater to be ready , Juju our bartender was great company. Came here tonight for Fast X with my girlfriend and her family. Started off with a spot at the top with my girlfriend getting a chair that has a broken table. Manager came and partially fixed it. Now I ordered the chicken bowl and the chicken is not dressed with any sauce, no daikon radish in the pickled veg, and couldn't get a burger right after two times of it being sent out. Alex who is one of the assistant managers was attentive making sure that everything was just right. I guess I would give it 2 because the movie was good and the seats are semi comfy. Their entire process is set up badly. They want you to order your food. Then they add on a 19% gratuity automatically, even if you order one thing, they then ask you to pay right there on the spot before your food arrives so you can't check it , then after stating you're going to have to pay the 19%, they try to get more out of you by explaining when the money is going that I'm being overcharged for and THEN they say after all of that we can tip the waitress if we want to "support them". They also mentioned how regular bidders would be checking during the movie so we could have refills on our drinks. That didn't happen either. Huge money grab, very disappointed. Set your food expectations low- service lower and you will be fine. An "Executive chef"would never serve what was delivered. 4 adults - $236 - ordered a burger, Caesar salad, steak, and the snapper special. Snapper had to get returned- prepared so far in advance -hard as a rock. Salad buried in cheap dressing, deserts were pretty but tasted awful/ raspberry thing doggy - key lime cream brûlée/ so sour! Steak smothered in peppercorns- scraped off most and meat itself was decent. Burger was delish, fries even better. Because they are rushing to serve and disappear - you are on your own to locate service. Popcorn and a beer might be the better route. AMC did this ten years ago- same result - novelty idea but someone needs to serve decent food or stop trying. First time experiencing the new theater. Came to watch the new Spider Man No Way Home movie. As soon as I walked in the door, the ticket kiosk to print out your online tickets were on the left. They can also be purchased in person and also have the option of wanting the additional service fee. When purchasing online, the fee can't be avoided, unfortunately. But all in all, great service as well. As soon as you get to your theater, the waiters are ready to take you to your seats and to take your drink and food order. I got the Smoke Bourbon, lobster tempura, wagyu sliders with fries and a movie candy cheesecake. Everything was great and service was amazing. I will most definitely be returning. Full disclosure... the menu items are pricey! The Smoke Bourbon is a sweet drink in the rocks, so just a heads up if you're not into those type of beverages. The lobster tempura is TO DIE FOR!!! The flavors were all there from the lobster skewers down to the aioli! The wagyu sliders were good, but they could've used a bit of salt. It was such a shame the flavors just didn't deliver in these handheld sandwiches. And the movie candy cheesecake was great! Different types of chocolate candies scattered throughout the dish. This was our third visit. Such a cool experience every time! We feel so fancy with the zero-gravity seats and having waiters come right to you to take your order. They have great deals on tickets and very generous portions for popcorn. The whole thing is brand new and feels so upscale. I loved having "adults-only" at our showing since that meant we didn't have kids crying/running around/talking throughout the movie. Yes, it is 21+ after 8, occasionally applied to 7pm showings on certain films but it is CLEARLY stated in every phase of purchasing tickets in advance and at the door. As long as you read the website and various signage about their policies you'll have a great time. Shoutout to the team we had: Marlon, Michael, Jordon, Gustavo and the rest of you! Food was good - gourmet like, but the burger came to us kind of cold. Not to the safe temperatures of hot food holding. Avocado on a burger is 2 bucks. Over priced to me. Semi fan of the popcorn stand, I like it is not on you anywhere so you don't soil your clothes, but to move the stand every time you have to get up is annoying and unsafe, had to hold the popcorn stand when my boyfriend got up to go to restroom. We were told by our waitress that she was going to come back 5 minutes before the movie ended to ask us if we wanted refills, that never happened, no waitstaff came back if that is their policy. We came to the late 1030pm showing, but don't offer this service if you are going to leave and never come back to ask for refills. So I received a smaller size coke than the normal movie theatres and I never got the refill to make the price worth it on the soda. Yes, I could have went to the concession stand, but I don't like to leave a movie when they are full service. Also, the reclining seats, a little embarrassing mid movie to recline where everyone can hear the motor reclining. So 2 tickets with SR pricing was 34.20 and the food which was a burger with avocado, popcorn, 2 drinks including tax and gratuity was 49.23. Total spent for the night 87.78 for a movie.
