I told him to ease up and he called me a baby and laughed. He then scrubbed my feet for calluses. He rubbed so hard, he cut my heel open. I pointed it out and he told me to put Bicks on it. He painted my toes and they looked ok from afar. Closeup you could see all the spots that were missed and smudged. We started on my nails. The manicure itself was good. I asked for a specific shape and even showed a picture. It was nothing like I asked. I had to file them once I got home. Polish job was terrible. The polish didn't even go to the ends of my nails. Fast forward, my heel starts to hurt where it was scraped. I put ointment on it for several days. This morning, it's now 2 weeks, and I have an abcess that I had to open to release. I might be headed to the doctor for an antibiotic. Would I go back? Maybe. If I didn't get this guy again.

For today's visit, we (party of 3) waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated since they were fairly packed and busy. I always get the Pandora OPI pedicure. Unfortunately, since they were so busy, 1 person in my party had to wait 30 minutes for someone to do their pedicure while the other 2 got a nail tech. Destiny was one of the nail techs who did a great job at making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us each a cup of water and proceeded to turn our water on before the rest of our nail techs arrive. Destiny is one of the nail techs we've gotten for every one of my visits. She is super sweet, funny and is very thorough. Especially during the scrubbing because she was putting her whole back and arms into it. Dan (Than?) not sure the spelling- is fairly quiet. We've also gotten her for every visit. She may not conversate much but she's VERY VERY THROUGH. She takes her time and is very detailed in her pedicure services. We had Danny as our third nail tech today! He mentioned that he usually does fingernails. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Chinese zodiac signs. The second visit was even worse. The technician drilled my nails down so thin, it burned so bad and in less than 24 hours three of my nails busted and damage my nail beds. I had asked for a French tip with a nude background, and he put no background at all when I asked why he didn't put the nude he just said no. I asked for the French tip to have a second coat because you could still see through the color and was told no again. My daughter's nails came off in less than 12 hours. When I reached out through their review system, I was not met with a response so I called the shop and was met with attitude so she passed me along to the owner but didn't get far. They seem to not care about the customer and only the money. No solution came so just want to let others know what they will be walking into. I'm at huge risk to get a fungus now and will need to seek medical attention. The whole thing has been awful and costs me so much money. Update: owner still doesn't want make anything right. My nails beds now have lacerations from nails breaking and ruts from the drill being in one spot too long. Dr said my nails will be painful for awhile. So disappointing.
