I told him to ease up and he called me a baby and laughed. He then scrubbed my feet for calluses. He rubbed so hard, he cut my heel open. I pointed it out and he told me to put Bicks on it. He painted my toes and they looked ok from afar. Closeup you could see all the spots that were missed and smudged. We started on my nails. The manicure itself was good. I asked for a specific shape and even showed a picture. It was nothing like I asked. I had to file them once I got home. Polish job was terrible. The polish didn't even go to the ends of my nails. Fast forward, my heel starts to hurt where it was scraped. I put ointment on it for several days. This morning, it's now 2 weeks, and I have an abcess that I had to open to release. I might be headed to the doctor for an antibiotic. Would I go back? Maybe. If I didn't get this guy again.

I have frequented LUSH because I love the pampering of the Hawaiian pedicure. This last time I went, the pedicurist set her timer for 40 minutes instead of 50. She was gone in the back room for at least 50% of this time. I was extremely disappointed. I also had my nails done. The manicurist was rough, hitting my skin with the dremel several times. It was the end of winter so I wasn't super worried about what my feet looked like. The last 2 times have been horrible, this is a $60 pedicure. I got about 2 minutes of foot/leg massage (total) and he left me sitting with thick lotion on my legs for almost 10 minutes in the middle of the pedicure while he got about 6 towels, paraffin wax, and some rocks that weren't even hot anymore by the time he rubbed them on my legs a couple of times. I sat for about 10 minutes afterward and wore flip flops so this awful paint job isn't from my shoes. I won't be back.
