I was told to come back in the following week to get them fixed free of charge. He was going to soak them off and do what I showed. I took my daughter in with me today to get that done and he proceeded to chop them off and then told me that I would have to pay full price to get them redone to look like the picture because they can't afford to fix free of charge. He refused to refund so I am disputing through my bank. I do not recommend. I paid 60 PLUS a tip because they were supposed to do a new set. 1st and last time going here.
