It's hard to write a not so good review when the people are so nice but splurged on gel fingers and toes for Christmas. By afternoon the next day, the pointer finger of my left hand (not my dominant hand) had a major chip and middle finger had chipping on the edge. Fortunately I was able to get back in there just before they closed for Christmas and they fixed it best they could but it was a hardship on my time. I didn't know the name of the polish and couldn't find the match but found one similar enough. I thought gel was supposed to be long lasting but not this time. My toes weren't what they usually are. The last time i went to get them done, they weren't friendly. Today when i went to get it done, the lady that was doing them had a TERRIBLE atttitude when i asked her to fix what i didn't like. An older guy tried to fix it but he couldn't because the overlay was already on there. Til the end her attitude was bad. I paid $60 for something that i did NOT want and was NOT the slightest bit of satisfied. Not even a little bit. The owner was NO help either. She just said "ohhhh". I had already been sitting for 2 hours. They made an overlay smaller on one side and the other one didn't match. The first time it was very wide, fat and no shape. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. read more

Magic Nails is all about taking excellent care of their customers from the luxury chair for pedicures to the services they offer. I am elderly and fear of falling is great with other salons that you have to climb up a stair to get into the chair. There is nothing to hang onto when climbing back down. I made an appointment with Magic Nails and was taken to my luxurious chair on time. Erin was very gentle on my arthritic feet and hands. He also gave me an outstanding pedicure and manicure. I am a fan forever. BTW, I was also greeted with a smile by all of the employees even though I wasn't assigned to them. read more

The young lady would did my nails and toes listened to what I asked for and did it exactly how I wanted it. Careful and with extreme detail. She took her time as well and I was so impressed I decided to get a pedicure as well while I was there. It was very clean compared to others. They are all super friendly and funny. There was not a lot of their native language being spoken in-distinctively between them which was much appreciate and respectful. Will definitely be going back. I keep my nails pretty simple on first try at a salon will go with something more complicated next time. They are more expensive than other salons I've been to in Lawton but well worth the extra for the time taken. read more

I came in today with my mother (hers came out great) to have my nails done. I picked my colors, was offered a drink, and everyone was friendly. However, I had an acrylic overlay and wanted a Beetlejuice themed set... I kind of got it? Sort of? I was charged $60 for a set that I wouldn't have paid more than $45 for, I'm sorry. Everything else was great, I just feel very cheated, especially for what my mother got in comparison. Be sure to ask your tech before they touch your nails if they are capable of doing what you actually want. read more

A few months ago, I had two chipped nails. I did not want a fill because I do not want to have my nails done in Lawton unless it is an absolute emergency. I prefer to hold off as long as possible until I can get back to Missouri. The one time I had my nails done at Mystique, I waited forever and I hated the end result. I am the first to say, I am picky and tip well for good work. With two chipped nails, I broke down and went to Magic Nails for a quick fix. I only wanted the two nails repaired and a polish. I did need a fill, but did not want to deal with chancing messing up the acrylics or anything else. Plus, I was heading to Missouri within the next week. I explained to the lady I did not want a fill, but just the fix. I did not ask the price - my mistake. She fixed two nails and repainted all of them. In the end, it was $25!!! Seriously? An entire fill is less than that! Ugh, once again disappointed by nails in Lawton. This is before I found Regal Nails for emergencies and will never go to Magic Nails. The result for what I asked for was fine, but I was way overcharged. First and last time in this business. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised! The owners are one of the nicest salon owners in town. I've been to about 4 different nail salons here and Kim and Mike's place is my favorite. Mike suggested to try out powder dip and I am forever a powder dip girl. I know some of the products they use are organic and healthier for the nail so that is a plus for me.
