Fortunately I was able to get back in there just before they closed for Christmas and they fixed it best they could but it was a hardship on my time. I didn't know the name of the polish and couldn't find the match but found one similar enough. I thought gel was supposed to be long lasting but not this time. The redo is still chipping at edge of middle finger.

Unfortunately, each time I've come, my visits have left much to be desired. When I walk in and request a fill with powder I'm told they can do that and directed to a specific nail station. When I get to the nail station and begin speaking with the nail tech, they either look confused and have to speak with the lady at the front desk and I end up getting powder colors OR like today, I get told that they don't do powder nails on fills (which is weird because I've gotten this done on two separate occasions at this nail salon). Ended up going ahead and getting my nails done here for the final time because by the time he told me all this, he had already started on the fill. There's no consistency in nail quality although the nail techs are usually pretty polite. I'll find another place to get my nails done in the future.

The salon itself was not very clean or well-maintained. There were visible dust and clutter, which did not create a welcoming or relaxing environment. It left me feeling as if their level of bathroom cleanliness could very well indicate their pedicure bowl and tools to be sanitized in a subpar way. Anna the technician did not do a great job on my pedicure. She actually scrapped the side of my toe, drew blood and did not even offer an apology! Nothing. I had to ask for a band aid and she seemed completely unaffected that she had caused a minor injury, that quite frankly hurt like a serious injury. I took my daughter in with me today to get that done and he proceeded to chop them off and then told me that I would have to pay full price to get them redone to look like the picture because they can't afford to fix free of charge.
