Unfortunately, each time I've come, my visits have left much to be desired. When I walk in and request a fill with powder I'm told they can do that and directed to a specific nail station. When I get to the nail station and begin speaking with the nail tech, they either look confused and have to speak with the lady at the front desk and I end up getting powder colors OR like today, I get told that they don't do powder nails on fills (which is weird because I've gotten this done on two separate occasions at this nail salon). Ended up going ahead and getting my nails done here for the final time because by the time he told me all this, he had already started on the fill. There's no consistency in nail quality although the nail techs are usually pretty polite. I'll find another place to get my nails done in the future.

The salon itself was not very clean or well-maintained. There were visible dust and clutter, which did not create a welcoming or relaxing environment. I took my daughter in with me today to get that done and he proceeded to chop them off and then told me that I would have to pay full price to get them redone to look like the picture because they can't afford to fix free of charge.
