Desperately I made an appointment for noon thinking if she had an appointment on the books she would be on time. She doesn't get to the salon until 11:58 with another client in front of me. We get into the salon she doesn't know where her thread is, she's very loudly on a phone call. She didn't even acknowledge I had an appointment until maybe 12:05? I get into the chair at 12:10 while she's still trying to process the payment from the previous customer. She tells me it's going to be a shaping appointment because I have not personally seen her in 3 weeks and my eyebrows have "no shape." I get my eyebrows done every 2-3 weeks, I told her I wouldn't be paying an upcharge because she was late. She told me the next time I booked I needed to look at what appointment I was booking, but that she would provide it free this time. I told her I wouldn't be back. She then tells me if I paid attention to the website she's "allowed to be 5-10 minutes late." At this point I got up and walked out and I will be contacting my credit card company. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 18 years and I've never run into someone so unprofessional and condescending. Just because there are limited options in Lawton doesn't give you the right to be so unprofessional.
