I previously left a review and this is an update. I saw Patrick for a color correction (Heather assisted as well). He was able to help me out tremendously during two visits. I'll go back a third time for some low lights and am really happy I went to this salon for help. Patrick is careful and dedicated to helping you get the outcome you want. He is a great stylist. My overall experience was also pretty wonderful - it's a new location for the salon and vibe is very warm and welcoming, and you can tell that everyone working there likes each other and they help each other out. I was able to nurse my son during appointments without any issue as well. Highly recommend! read more

I cannot believe how impressed I am with Ashley's work. I came in for blonde highlights and added layers. My hair is very thick and generally takes around 3 hours. I feel bad leaving such a low review, because Steve, who did my hair, actually did a decent job. But, I feel I need to post a warning of their business practices... I booked my appointment the night prior through their online portal, which required me to put down a $25 deposit for the time slot. The next day, I get a text from Steve, letting me know he only accepts cash. I told him I'd put a deposit down already, and asked if I should pay him the full amount ($40) in cash, or pay him the difference. He said pay the full amount, and I could get refunded the deposit. I emailed the salon a couple days later asking about the refund, and was told that it had been processed. A few days later, I checked in because the refund had not hit my account yet, and was told that their credit card company said it could take 7-10 days. Now, 15 days later, I have still not seen my $25. I've been told again that it was refunded on their end, so now I have to deal with disputing the charge through my bank, and hope that that works. Otherwise, I'm out over $70 ($25+$40+tip) for a trim. read more

I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful salon. I waited for my daughter to get her nails done. They were really quick. It only took about 15 minutes, (my 12 y-o-d) said. Which means it took longer. I don't think that would have been enough time for them to cure. But they were beautiful. I would definitely recommend them. And the price was amazingly cheap. read more

Being from San Francisco, and living in the Seattle area for nearly 10 yrs, it was a hard transition coming to Lawton; more due to limited choices for services. I tried multiple hair salons and stylist and it was a blessing to find Crismon. She really spends her time listening to what your needs are, and if you bring her pictures of your desired look, she can achieve it (at least for me and several of my friends I have sent to her). Most of the time I just get a trim & blow out, but last month I decided to add fun color streaks and cut my hair into an A-line Bob. It was PERFECT! If you know anything about styling, you know an A-line Bob is a hard cut, since the angle of the cut needs to be straight and even to have that real polished look, PLUS I have straight blunt bangs too (another challenging aspect of my hair)! LOL Crismon can get busy and sometimes juggles more than one client, but she ALWAYS takes care of you. She is always receptive to hearing what your needs & wants & she really tries to make sure you're happy before you leave her chair. I'm super picky about my bangs, and I swear, she will fine detail them till I'm satisfied & I LOVE THAT!! Another plus-- she's very responsibly priced!!! So, for Lawton--YES, I think she deserves a 5 star/As good as it gets rating!! read more

Heather has provided the most amazing hair extension service. From my original extensions to an upgrade with Hairdreams, I have been completely satisfied with her professional experience and technical expertise. We are new to Oklahoma coming from Texas. I am always Very hesitant to get my haircut because every time I do, it never turns out how I have described it to the stylist. Well right before Christmas I went to a local salon and the girl that cut my hair COMPLETELY messed it up! It was uneven and looked like she had cut it with a week whacker! Finally, I just told her to stop after her getting help from 2 other stylist to try to "fix" her mess-up! After I left, I called Teeze Total Salon and Enessa was more than happy to fit me into her very busy schedule! I walked in looking absolutely terrible: but when I left, I was in complete shock and EXTREMELY happy! She had listened to me and fixed the Hack-Job of a haircut that I thought would have been impossible to fix, but she did such a fantastic job! I went in with an appointment to see Tia. Tia was recommended by a friend, she leaves eyebrows looking great. She even helps you to make sure if you need a certain area to grow. Rather than making them thinner to fit the equal form of the other one. Went in happy because on top of that there's a girl who does nails and Tia happened to have them done by her. I can't wait to get them done, as I saw her work seem outstanding. I also made an appointment with another girl who was also reccomend for color. I will come back to update with the ladies name and perhaps pictures of before and after. Also they do not seem over priced, it felt just right for the great customer service I recieved. I wish I would have came before, I have been leaving in the area for approximately 3 years. I just moved to Lawton from a much larger city and I was worried about finding a great stylist here. After reading Yelp reviews, I decided to give Teeze a try and I'm so glad I did! I was able to get in right away thanks to a cancellation which was a nice bonus. My stylist, Cierra, did a terrific job! I loved my color, highlights, and cut so much and the cost was half what I paid back home for similar services. She even fixed a long time issue I have had with my hair. It's a lovely and clean little salon, it's very nicely appointed and comfortable. There's even a small gift shop with some really cute merchandise. Having a great salon and stylist is a big deal to me so I'm delighted I found them! I'll be back. read more

Do not go to this place. It's poorly ran and is A shit hole. I spent a lot of money trying to get my hair silver. My hair is blotchy with black lines and it's def not silver. The owner had me come in and show her my hair only to try and get me to go to A different stylist there. I told her i would just go somewhere else and she made a snide comment to my back as i was leaving. Completely unprofessional and it definitely shows in multiple aspects. I think by my fourth session I should be silver. Yep they did my hair four times and it's stiiilllllll not silver. They're so cheap they can't fix their mistakes. My best friend is a hairstylist in Ohio. She said it's the worst job she's ever seen done. Zero class and by far the worst place I've been. Do not waste your time or money here. read more

I called to see if any same day appointments were available, which there was. I came in and was rushed the whole time. My hair dresser was starring at the door and her watch the whole time. I asked her if she can curl my hair which she responded "I'm waiting on someone" So I left her a big tip anyways. She didn't even part my hair for layers. She cut where the hair laid. The owner Tiffany does not understand customer service! My daughter who was visiting family booked an appointment asking the receptionist which appt she needed to have based on the nails she already had on. Apparently the Receptionist booked for a fill and Tiffany drilled and Filed 6 nails off, left four. The nails that Tiffany applied were really bad! They started breaking the next day. My daughter went in to replace that nail- broke another 2 the next day and was told she needed to talk to Tiffany who was out of town. My daughter came home and had to have all of them redone! When I called to talk to Tiffany she lied first off then said "she picked the weakest nails it's been two weeks and I'm not gonna refund anything" and then hung up on me. Then she hung up on my daughter! Tiffany was out of town, what did she expect us to do? No one else at the salon would even help my daughter! I am a retired nail tech of 28+years- so my Daughter went somewhere else to get them done and it cost another $65. and she has NEVER had this problem before! Tiffany's attitude Is totally unprofessional, in my opinion you shouldn't do business with her! read more

I received a gift certificate for a facial and manicure. I decided to do a facial and pedicure instead and they allowed me to just pay the difference, which was super convenient. My facial was amazing! I wish I took before and after pics. My skin is glowing and wrinkles under my eyes have disappeared!! Tiffany took her time and made me feel comfortable. She also did a great job on my pedicure, which was not an easy job! My feet were super dry and callused and are now smoother than ever. The facial treatment was the "Maui babe" and took about an hour each, along with the pedicure. The pedicure was very thorough and included a paraffin wax dip. I've only been to Teeze salon 3 times. I usually go for a wash and style. The first 2 times I went to the salon I've had Cierra do my hair. Cierra is very bubbly and friendly so I immediately felt relaxed. I'm always nervous when I have someone new doing my hair, but she really made it a welcoming environment. I'm very descriptive with how I want my hair which is usually just beachy waves. At other salons like Regis or Super Cuts I end up with prom hair or some weird curl/wave hair style. Cierra really took her time, and stopped to ask me questions. However, this last time Cierra couldn't do my hair so she booked me with Crismon. I was really nervous when I went in to see her because I always am with new people. I explained to her in detail what I wanted and she seemed pretty confident that she knew what I wanted. She talked to me for a few minutes but then didn't say anything to me. When she washed my hair it was really fast, and then she left me sitting in the chair for 10mn or so while she went to the back. I was cool with it, but she could've said it would've been more then a few minutes. When she came back she didn't say anything to me at all besides to ask me how I parted my hair. When she was blow drying my hair she would put masses of my hair right in my face without any warning. I have shoulder length hair so every time she brushed it in my face it would get in my eyes and mouth. I was very uncomfortable during this process because of that. Out of all the salons I've been to no one has blow dried my hair while half of it sat in my face. I didn't say anything to her until she was mostly done and she turned my chair to where I was facing the mirror. While she was doing my hair it felt a little rushed. When I told her I didn't like certain parts and explained how I wanted it she seemed annoyed and even made faces to the other girls in the salon there which I could see in the mirror across the salon. I felt really embarrassed, and didn't want to be there anymore. I know that she can't style my hair just like Cierra, but I just wanted it how I like it. Every time I asked for changes she just seemed to have an attitude. Even when I asked her to not spray too much hair spray. If I don't want that much hair spray regardless if you think it's not making my hair sticky or you don't think it's too much then don't spray it. I've been getting my hair done for 7 years. I'm not a hair stylist, but I know what I like and what's good for my hair type. I know I can be a timid and even hard customer, but I wasn't rude at all. If I'm paying for it then I want it how I like it. I really would like to continue going there and seeing Cierra when I can't see my original hair stylist, but I don't know after this experience. My hair turned out okay, but I really wish Cierra would've been there to do it. I still tipped 15% only because my Aunt is a Beautician, and she's always told me a popular saying,"Beautician not Magician". Everyone styles hair different, and I just don't prefer how Crismon did my hair today. I know I can be a picky person when it comes to my hair and who does it, but everyone deserves to feel good about their hair when they get it done not the opposite. read more

Love the Teeze, have been getting my hair and nails done here for years, oh massages too! I've used mostly all the stylist for some service here or there and can recommend them all! They have like 100 colors of shellac polish in whatever brand you like. And now my favorite thing.. Eyelash extensions! Tiffany has given me the most beautiful lash extensions I've ever had! I always pick up a few things as gifts or some sort of clothes for myself here too. And now I'm obsessed with the Lipsense lip stains they carry.. Life changing!! read more

Teeze was wonderful. I was able to get an appointment on a Friday night at 10 pm for the very next day (Saturday @ 1:30 pm) to get a botched hair color job, done by a different stylist, corrected. I have never been to Teeze & did not know anyone there. But they understood my urgency and worked me in. I counted on the reviews from Yelp to help me select this salon. I should start off by saying the 5-star rating is for my second stylist I had at the Teeze, Hope. I originally called needing a last minute hair appointment before going out of town, choosing Teeze knowing that whoever I was scheduled with would do awesome. Unfortunately, that is not how it went. Steve was my original stylist, and after 160$ I left with yellow/green hair and some purple shampoo to get the yellow out I couldn't stand it, so I went back the next morning and asked if he could fix the discoloration AND the choppiness of it not blending at all. I had stripes about 3 inches from my roots. So, he added a toner and didn't even wash it out, which then made my hair silver/greenish/purplish depending on which piece you looked at. Also, his whole demeanor changed when I went in for a correction Definitely not as friendly as the first time. As he was adding the toner, he kept saying how if I could have waited 8 weeks when I came back to him, that he could have did the toner then and my hair won't look the way I wanted it to the first visit anyways. I talked with Jennifer, the owner, who was so apologetic and understanding; she scheduled me an appointment with Hope free of charge for it to be fixed the correct way. Hope did such an amazing job, and after feeling so uncomfortable and tentative, she made me laugh and relax. I am very thankful for Jennifer and Hope and will be back to see them. read more

I went here to get a hair cut and my nails done for my sister-in-law's wedding coming up a few days later. The lady who did my hair had short hair herself and was incredibly nice and helpful with tips! She did an excellent job on the cut and styled it afterwards really well too. Would always recommend going to her for a hair cut or styling! When I got my nails pained it was done by a lady with long hair who wasn't chatty and very serious. She made two of my nails bleed and constantly caused pain when she cut and pushed back my cuticles. I had a French tip done on my nails, and the thickness of the white was inconsistent across the nails. It looked okay, but my fingers were hurting for awhile after that. Small pieces of lint/dust got on my nails as well during it and even though she saw it on many of my nails, she didn't care and just wanted to get it over with. I was really disappointed with that experience and had never had such a poor one when getting my nails done. The hair stylist was amazing and she made the experience here at this salon much better! read more

I honestly feel bad leaving this review, but I feel it's important. I have extremely fine hair, and during my consultation I expressed that I didn't want a lot of blonde because my fine thin hair can't handle it. I was there for 4 hours. The stylist kept taking other clients and it felt like she really rushed whenever she was with me. The results are nothing close to what I asked for. I understand I have fine thin hair and it won't look like a picture but what I left with was a super yellow brassy blonde mess. I didn't even get a haircut with my appointment because I had brushed my hair before I came in. I did not realize that for a deva cut you couldn't wear it up and that it had to be left natural because that was not communicated to me. I kind of felt that she could have cut it after she put me in the dryer at the end, but she had me reschedule. During my appointment the stylist sent another stylist over to rinse and tone me while she got her nails done. I really should have said something but after 4 hours I just wanted to leave. My neck was absolutely killing me from being left in the shampoo bowl for an hour. I really do feel bad writing this because I am just not the type of person that writes bad reviews but I was so so so upset when I got home I just couldn't not say anything. I will definitely not return for rescheduled my haircut. I just hope that in the future she doesn't treat other clients that way. Again, I'm not trying to be rude. worst hair experience I have ever had!!!! i had an appointment set and didnt even get in the chair until thirty minutes later. the lady who did my hair initially was distracted, and pulled alot on my hair and was rough. she said it would take an hour and half at most to do a brazilian blowout and cut but took 2 hours and i walked out and she wasnt even done styling my hair since I was so irritated. she also had 4 members of her family waiting so she kept rushing since she was doing her family members hair next. and this made my hair styling experience totally awkward. she seemed to keep pulling on my hair more and more, and when i told her she was really pulling hard she got an attitude and said do u want to comb it out!? WORST salon experience ever. i highly recommend to NOT waste your money at this salon. read more
