I liked that they have a separate area to wash your hair. Zen experience per my 10 year old niece. Agreed! - Welcoming ambiance- everyone is very kind and professional . Kelbi's personality and skills are superb she put my nieces worries of waking out of their with shorter hair at ease , they were very pleased with the end result . They offer many hair services such as highlighting , hair straightening, blow drying, treatments, styling. They wash your hair before they cut which I very much appreciate- though they also do dry cuts if you request it... I prefer getting my hair shampooed before getting it cut as it completes my hair bliss day! Kelbi is our new hair stylist at Elgin - I highly recommend her along with the rest of Luna Rae, crew . Both my nieces were so happy and excited to show off their new cut and style , and are looking forward to their second cut . Thank you Kelbi :) ! I will post more pictures in a little bit . :)
