In a quest to find a decent, consistent place, we've found another place. So far so good. They…read moregot us right in even after 5, where I usually find it gets busier with people stopping after work. We were just lucky. 7 people came in right after us. Whew! Anyway, I don't like pedicures, so I usually get the basic as I don't like sitting there too long. But I went ahead and upgraded since hubby always gets some sort of deluxe. Even with that, she got me out quickly. I loved that. A lot of people might not since they would like to relax, unwind, and be pampered, so I did want to mention that. But for me, it was awesome! She slightly cut my toenails shorter than I like as I don't want ingrown toenail's, but they grow back. She did a great job of cleaning up the areas around the toes, massaging, and the waxing "soak" after. For now, I will definitely be back as long as it always stays consistent.

I left with my fake nails still on my real nail, he only shaved it down enough to get the paint and tips off. He also was pulling the edges of my fake nail off my real nail and caused damage to my real nails doing so. The whole interaction was awkward and felt rushed. I walked in at 6:10 and left at 6:30, they don't close until 7:00. If this is the service for just a soak off, i would never come for a set. I am so utterly displeased with this interaction and service.

Never again will I ever go back!! Let's see I got to the…read moreplace at maybe close to 145. She was done with my toenails before 2:30. I purchased, I'm pretty sure it's the deluxe package. So $45 and I just wanted to be pampered because I've got a lot of stress in my life. She got paint on my toes. She kept having to redo my big toe for some reason cause she kept putting a light on top to dry. I use regular toenail polish. I only stuck my feet in the water for a total of five minutes. So the entire time she never let me put my feet back in the water to soften it up. They also charged me an extra five dollars because when I go home from a nail salon, I put a topcoat of gel to help it to last longer. I told her just use the grinder and it'll grind off the topcoat and the rest of its regular polish. But instead I have to pay an extra five dollars. I should've stopped her right there and said I'm good I'll go somewhere else. Her name was Tiffany. I've heard great reviews about her. I expected more. I was the only person in their salon!
