This place was filthy. Hair everywhere, guards covered in other people's hair, and not a sanitization method in sight.

Went to this location yesterday. Asked if they would blow dry they said it would be extra because they just get the excess moisture out and not completely dry. It was snowing outside, so I said I would pay extra. She blew dry it with her fingers, no brush or anything and it still wasn't completely dry. She kept saying her hair was so thick and holds water. Whatever, I didn't complain. We ran errands for the next couple hours. When we finally got home I was able to look at her hair. I'll post the picture, so you can be the judge of the haircut. It is really hard to find someone that can do a great pixie cut but Candy can! I can't speak for anyone else that works here because I've never been to them but Candy always cuts my pixie style prefect every time. I've noticed that she is very flexible in her personality. If you like to talk during a hair cut, she truly listens and talks back. But... if your anything like me... I don't talk. We talk to begin to see how each other are doing then I tend to get quite and that is ok with Candy too. I don't like to be forced to have a conversation. Yes! I went here! The address on this place is WRONG. Also if you google map it on your iphone you will be directed accross the street. I still don't know what the address of the place is. Just call. It is across the street next to WhatABurger. You can't beat a $10 trim. There is a promotional price going on. The haircuts are usually $13. My hair is super straight and long. I ask for a simple cut, so Supercuts worked for me. It was nice I walked in and literally waited 15-20 min. My haircut was fast too. I can't complain. Thanks for a good looking trim! read more

I was not going to post a review, due to the fact that I don't believe in talking down on a business due to one employee.. However since the manager did not get back in touch with me after I called to report this employee. I have been left with no choice. I went to get my hair trimmed on Wednesday I called ahead to find out how busy they were. She lets me know that no one is waiting but that could change by the time I get there. ( understanding) however I thought when you called you could be put on the list if you are heading that way .. I guess that has changed. I walked in and did not get to say one word " she said write your name and number down, we have a few people waiting and we will wave you in when we are ready for you just let her know which vehicle I am in. I let her know I am parked down the way, she said I could park closer or pay attention. ( What is the point of giving a number????) This rubbed me wrong and it was how she said it. FIRST of all if I could of parked closer I would have but clearly that was not a choice so that is why I had to park farther away.. AND PAY ATTENTION is what she said I could do.. The customer service that day was clearly not there.. So I said I will just go somewhere else. NOW due to being so upset with how I was spoke too, I forgot a pen there.. YES just a pen but a pen that was a gift from my daughter.. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PEN IT IS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER!!!! I called her not even 3 mins after I left and realized I left it on the counter, she said yes she has it, I let her know I was on my way to get it. NOT EVEN 10 mins later I show up and she acts like she doesn't even know who I am. I said I came back for my pen, she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about MIND YOU she is the only one in the salon other then the customer in her seat. SHE then says I set it right here and someone must of came in and grabbed it.. I said I just called you why didn't you put it up so that no one would take it???? HER I was with a customer and answering phones.. NOW ME, BUT I AM DIFFERENT I HAVE RESPECT FOR PEOPLE WHICH SHE CLEARLY DOES NOT. I WOULD HAVE PLACED IT SOMEWHERE SAFE WHILE ON THE PHONE LIKE BY THE REGISTER WHERE I AM ON THE PHONE AT!!!!!!!!!! I don't believe anyone took it.. She was rude from the minute I walked in that salon and it just got worse with each encounter including on the phone.... Took my husband here for a much needed trim. It was actually today (Saturday 9:30 am) and we were quite impressed! My hubby was seated right away so there was no wait time and no appt needed. It only took 30 minutes to get in and out which was perfect and the price was reasonable @18 AFTER tip and please keep in mind I tip very well. Overall I got my husband to the Lawton airport for his flight to Dallas with plenty of time to check in, etc and he didn't have to go looking all duck dynasty. The two girls that were there were very pleasant and we will be back in the future! read more

Honestly if I could rate this place negatively I would. Husband went in for a cut and came out looking like a toddler found mommy's bikini trimmer and decided to play stylist with the dog. I recently got my hair cut at the Cache Rd location in Lawton Oklahoma. I must say it was by far the worst hair cut I have ever received. Not only was my hair completely uneven, but the woman who cut my hair was extremely unprofessional. She complained to me about having to be at work that day and even asked another hair dresser when they were going to stop taking hair cuts (it wasn't even 7:30pm on a Friday night). She parted my hair vertically all around and held the hair above my head when she cut, not once did she cut my hair horizontality so my hair gets shorter and shorter going left to right. I left with completely uneven hair and chunky unblended, uneven layers. I didn't ask her fix it in fear that she would just mess it up even more. I am extremely disappointed with the cut and lack of unprofessionalism. I have been to this location numerous times but this will definitely be the last time I ever trust in a Supercuts. read more

I went to Supercuts for one reason, the stylist April Aitson. Because she is very good at cutting hair and styling, she is the only person I will let cut my hair since I moved back to Oklahoma. Also, because of that I have followed her wherever she has worked. For many years I was a professional musician playing often to audiences of over 20,000 at huge outside concerts and am very critical of anyone who has the job of making you look good. April has the natural ability to bring out the best look for you. I also was able to get products of good quality for my hair at Supercuts. I have had no long waits to get a cut and if I called for an appointment, I was shown to her chair as soon as I arrived if she wasn't cutting an earlier appointment or a walk-in's hair. I recommend her highly and will always go to Supercuts as long as she is there because she makes a friend of anyone to which she attends. You get the feeling when you go that you are important and this is personal, and that touch is very nice in the times in which we live where many are impersonal and in a hurry to get to the next customer. read more

I went to this location this past weekend for a cut. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable...at first. My hairdresser made a point to tell her co-worker (in front of clients) that she was in a rush because her shift was ending in a few minutes. She did not wash my hair which I thought was odd... I have never not had my hair washed when getting a haircut. She rushed through my haircut and was finished in about 10 minutes... which definitely showed. When I got home and looked more closely at what she had done I was really upset. She left long strands of hair and didn't bother to make sure the ends were even. I could have given myself a haircut and it would have looked better than what this "professional" did. Note to the manager: please do not allow your employees to take a client when they are in a rush to leave and couldn't care less about the client or the quality of their haircut!
