They sat me right down without an appointment and got to work, I was so relaxed by the end that I had almost fallen asleep in my chair. Sarah is very pleasant very nice. One of the other beauticians recommended her as a color expert. I also sent photos of what my hair looked like now and what my goal is prior to my appointment the next day. I should have walked out, and listened to my Inter voice when I saw that she went to the other two hairdressers for opinions and help with Color. This was not a difficult color I came in as a blonde. I just wanted to touch up my roots and leave as a blonde with a few low light and a highlight , but left very dark hair with no highlights or blondes. I did not have time to come back since I do not live here. I am flying back this weekend. Unfortunately I have a ill mother and was quite frankly very worried about going back and allowing Sarah to try and fix the issue. I would not recommend no refund was issued . Very disappointed. Would not recommend this Salon.

They…read moregot us right in even after 5, where I usually find it gets busier with people stopping after work. We were just lucky. 7 people came in right after us. Whew! Anyway, I don't like pedicures, so I usually get the basic as I don't like sitting there too long. But I went ahead and upgraded since hubby always gets some sort of deluxe. Even with that, she got me out quickly. I loved that. A lot of people might not since they would like to relax, unwind, and be pampered, so I did want to mention that. But for me, it was awesome! She slightly cut my toenails shorter than I like as I don't want ingrown toenail's, but they grow back. She did a great job of cleaning up the areas around the toes, massaging, and the waxing "soak" after. For now, I will definitely be back as long as it always stays consistent.
