only one person capable of doing fills. I've waited 40 mins already and continue to wait. two old ladies came in (1 for pedicure and 1 for new set) after me and were helped before me. ridiculous!! a lady came back from getting her kid from school and helped me. she explained why the other two went before me. one had an apt and the other was just waiting in the back. I wouldn't have been so pissed had even one person told me this in the 50 mins I waited. she went out of her way to apologize for me being ignored. I'll probably give them one more chance. read more

Walter did such an amazing job on me. Most of the nail salons in Lawton leave my nails super bulky and rounded so I really appreciated trying this place, achieving pretty clear nails is so rare around here as a military girl! Such a great and pretty job read more

I'm only giving one star because I have to. This deserves negative stars! I had Lisa do my nails and they came out absolutely horrible. They came out so wide and bulky, looking like the back of a damn Buick! When I asked her to fix them she seemed to have an attitude and didn't speak to me the rest of the appointment, as if me asking her to fix my nails was too much! DO NOT GO TO LISA! SHE EVEN CUT ME AND MADE ME BLEED ! I didn't have time to get them redone so now I will have to go somewhere else. MONEY AND TIME WASTED! This is unacceptable! The environment of this shop isn't conducive to being pampered or feeling at ease, it was the absolute opposite. Save your money & time! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I got a pedicure with my wife and first the lady told me what I wanted wasn't what wanted ! Then she cut me with her drill ! Then when she tried to do hot stone massage I told her I didn't want that pedicure I just wanted the basic and she clearly didn't understand me and said no I do because I did your toenails ! No I didn't want a $70 pedicure I just wanted the $35 and my toenails done ! So they charged me for 2 $70 pedicure than charged $20 for gel nail polish on both of us and did not ask if we wanted regular or gel so we had to pay for it ! Than charged me $15 to add acrylic to only my two big toes! I originally wanted all of them done and she just seemed like she did not want to do the work! I was super annoyed ! And it's like I could do nothing about it ! read more

The best word for this place is EHHHH Everything is EHHH Pedi was Not worth the 40$ I spent more time waiting for the pedicure then the pedicure itself. They're rushing and have timers set to make sure they don't go over a certain time which is ridiculous since the whole experience is ruined by them rushing. Maybe if you go during a time when it's not super busy it would be better but 3 people walked out during my time here. I had to ask her to fix the shape of my nails several times before I gave up. So now my toes which were easily cut bc I had gotten a pedi recently so all she had to do was trim. I personally WOULDNT come again but if you don't mind waiting and getting EHH service. Something shady is they give a % of if you use cash... read more

Pushy, bullied to get something I didn't want or to pay for, and the employee was creepy with his massage on my legs. He was very inappropriate! Also, after my pedicure was almost done it was then they told me the person with me would have to come back 3 hours later for their nail fill. Which should have been told to us when we signed in. They just wanted the money from my pedicure. NEVER AGAIN!!! Avoid this place! Also, be careful, I was told later that many of the techs in this shop are not licensed. read more

I wasn't sure how to feel about this place at first. I have tried many other nail salons and always left disappointed. You walk in, and met with busy workers, working on their clients. Within 30 seconds i was asked what i wanted. You have to wash your hands first, and then i was guided to sit in a chair. I only waited about 15 mins (i had no appointment) and a gentlemen, Vin, asked what color. I wanted black gel, almond shaped. These are my real nails so i didn't want them cut down to the size the other two broke. He didn't try and coerce me into getting the tips, he listened and just said, okay. He was very gentle, making sure to not damage my real nails. He soaked my dip paint off, and actually pushed my cuticles down and trimmed them the right way. I will never go back to anyone else. read more

Recently moved to Fort Sill and have been testing out different nail salons to find the right fit for me. This place has been the worst so far. They get one star for sitting me relatively soon however that's where it ends. The nail tech (male) at the first table did a horrible job. I came in for a fill and was left with un even shaped nails. He worked rushed and when he painted my pinky nail I decided I didn't like the shade of pink it was so I changed the color. He seemed extremely annoyed and was rude. He continued to paint my nails to a different color, again all rushed and sloppy. At the end he could tell I was not happy and asked if I was ok! I didn't respond and was on a time crunch and wanted to leave at that point. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I paid 45 for an ugly fill. read more

Just realized that according to the prices on their website I was charged more. I was charged $45 for a full set of two tone solar nails, no polish on top just the two tone. Somehow it equates to $5 extra which I feel like was dishonest bc there's nothing that states that it should be $45 and I even tipped $5 more. *new note* I don't care if it comes off as "petty" but if a business can't be upfront about their prices or heck idk change it on their own website, comes off as dishonest or just laziness. I DONT CARE if you rave about them, this is obviously my experience not yours. Next time you leave a "compliment" mind your fucking business, mmmkay? read more

We previously came in for an eyebrow wax, and the man at the door had a social and inviting presence we wanted to give them a try for pedicures. We asked for the $40.00 summer pedicure which includes: scrub, mask, paraffin, hot towels, as well as nail care and dead skin removal. Pros: quickly greeted and seated. Cons: the pedicures lasted 32 minutes from start to finish, there was a lack of detail attention, the hot towels were on for less than a minute, had to ask for nails to be buffed, heals were not scrubbed, and when I presented the issue THEY DID NOT SEEM CONCERNED I LEFT STILL NEEDING A PEDICURE! *the last time I had a pedicure was 20 days ago* read more

I am new to the area and trying to find a nail salon. I went in to Elite for a full set and my eyebrows. The tech got upset when I said my first nail she cut was too short. After getting a pedicure done here I had to go 2 of my toenails medically cut out. They cut my nail so incorrectly that I had to go to a doctors office to have it fixed. It's been weeks and I'm still having problems. read more

The number one thing I hate about Nail Salons are, When you go in with a friend and a Nail Tech Does your nails first then your friends ( or vise verse) when another tech is able to do your nails. I would think it is common courtesy to let the customer know that it will take a while to service the both of you at the same time. With that being said, the rest of my experience was bland. The tech cut my nails in an annoying shape, By annoying I mean I cannot wrap my head around why she cut my nails the way she did. I usually like my nails straight cut to avoid ingrown toe nails. She cut my nails into a round cut which really made me irritated because for me toenails take a long time to grow & in the back of my head I'm thinking, "Great, Now I have to grow this out again". My nails weren't throughly cleaned, and that "callus remover" is a complete joke, I just had an overall bad experience. Most likely wont go back to this place again. read more

One of the best pedicures I have had! I did upgrade to the second one (not sure the name of it). The staff was friendly and the shop was clean. The prices are what you find at other places. David was really great and friendly, I'll be asking for him when I go back! read more

So it was my girlfriend's birthday and I called over to elite nails and spa and the guy at the front desk was so helpful. She got a pedicure and a manicure with a leg massage. Hannah did her manicure, and she did a fantastic job. Hannah took very good care of my girlfriends Hans and really expressed her talent through her work. David did the pedicure. My girlfriend said that he did such a good job. David took more time on her than he did on anyone else. My girlfriend said that the massage was so good and well needed. The prices are great and the Service is even better! read more

Hannah is very unprofessional! I usually make an appt with Hailey but I had to do a walk-in this time. So, I ended up with Hannah because Hailey was off. I tell them I need a Fill, I sit down, wait on the nail tech. I wanted something simple, nothing too flamboyant or outrageous. Just some diamonds. First thing when she sits down, she starts shaving off all the acrylic til there's almost nothing left. She cuts my skin on both pinkys, she's rough, she's holding my fingers too tight and she's burning my fingers with the drill! She didn't hardly file or buff the nails. I didn't get any cuticle oil or washed my hands to get the dust off. Which, btw, was all over everything! She left balls of acrylic under my nails, the length of nails is off on both hands, the diamonds are not centered and they don't even match on both hands! I Always tip starting off with $20 then Depending on Service, I subtract. She was the WORST NAIL TECH I've ever had! I was so upset, I can't believe I received that kind of service from Elite Nails & Spa. I didn't leave any tip. She will never touch my hands again!! "IF" I go back it will be with HAILEY ONLY! But I doubt I will. read more

Always get 5 star treatment here. It's always busy because it's the best spot! Highly recommend!

I've been to this nail salon approximately four times since its opening in November however I realized that there is only one person in there that can do shellac manicures (Don), based on this simple fact, they lost a star. One of the females actually tried telling me that I have to get a manicure every time in order for my polish to stay on my nails. I've been a fan of gel/shellac since I was a teen and I know better. Due to this hustler mentality, this shop lost a second star. The shop is clean, the wait is fairly quick, less than two minutes and the range of polish colors is quite impressive. I'm not sure if I will go back but the lack of good nail shops in this city is down to two. read more

I have been coming here for a year. It took me a couple of tries to figure out who I like doing my nails and it had been going pretty good. However, yesterday I went in and there was a 30-minute wait which is not unusual, but I did not have the time to wait so I requested an appointment for today at 2:30 and it was put on the books. I show up for my appointment a few minutes early and I still was not seen until almost an hour later! When the manager came in she did not offer to make it right even though she had been called at 2:30 saying I was there for my appointment and when she came in she was working at the station next to me. I think it only professional to try to make it right to a long-term client when a mistake like this is made. What's the point of making appointments if they are not kept? Unfortunately I will not be going back. read more

Elite was open and good get me immediately. I'd been thinking about changing salon, the service and results at my previous salon had gone down hill for some reason. When I went Elite a young lady named Hallie took care of me. She was VERY friendly and helpful. She did such and awesome job my grandmother & I decided to go back so she could check them out.
