First time customer and I was pleasantly surprised. They delivered when they said they would. Driver was friendly. The food was on the salty side but delicious. Update: ordered the same shrimp plate again but without the rice. Not sure why but this time they didn't make it with the cream sauce, which was my favorite part of the dish. Tasty pupusas, friendly service. It's a real community place. They have jarritos soda- can't go wrong with tamarindo. & The flan is good too. Texture is on the denser side than I'm used to, but nice caramel-y coating and flavor. read more

This location seems to be something different every year. Items that were ordered. Large cheese pizza ***free*** Appetizer sampler which contained: fries, two mozzarella sticks, two chicken wings, two chicken tenders and onion rings ***$6.95*** Clam strip plate.***$9.95*** The prices were great. Pretty right on what I expected for quantity. The quality was good. Just a simple place. The pizza was pretty good as well. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of Clam strips and they were just not good. If the pizza wasn't free I would probably be leaving a 3 star. It's what was expected. All came HoT to my door. So you leave a $5 tip for the driver and everyone is happy. They have a lot of Spanish type cuisine on the menu, will probably try some of that next time. I will return to try more. read more

Hello once again. I went here last week with my daughter. While i don't like to bash establishments i feel this will be a helpful review. The first time i came here i was blown away by the amazing dish i had...the pollo encebollado. So naturally i ordered it again ..this time it seemed rushed. It came out the chicken wasn't crispy. Only 2pc of chicken were given when before there were 3pcs. The sauce tasted the same but you could tell the chicken wasn't seasoned properly. REGAL WHAT HAPPENED? I am almost nervous to order it again but i have to see if the cook changed or maybe it was a bad day. I am willing to give you guys one more chance to wow me. Pollo encebollado is a staple dish...lets go back to the roots of last year when i fell in love with this place....also just a word of advice...American cheese does not belong on a steak and cheese sub unless its from the deli. Provolone is essential...please spring a couple of extra bucks to create a tornado of flavor, if you are offering american food as an additional choice to mexican food than it needs to be just as good as if not better, this is what will set you apart....the sub i ordered for my daughter was a waste of money and i can honestly say that the steak subs i make at home are wayyyyy better. When the food first got here only half my order arrived, I told the driver right away and he came back 30 minutes later with my the 2nd half of my order. My steak burrito was soggy and the vegetarian burrito I ordered for my partner was ordered with very specific details, literally something as simple as just rice, beans, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Instead, it has broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, peas, no beans and a bunch of other slop thrown into it. I ordered 2 Pupusas and they never even gave us the stuff that's supposed to go on top of it. A pupusa is pointless without the sauce and coleslaw that goes with it. When I called the restaurant to ask for the vegetarian burrito how I ordered it, they gave me attitude and hung up without helping me. So, I called back again and they gave me someone who kept saying they don't speak any English and hung up on me. Believe it or not as annoyed as I was, I wasn't even an asshole on the phone. I spoke with a respectful tone throughout each call. The only thing they got right was extra limes that I asked for. Not happy that I just spent 45$ when the only thing that's okay enough to eat is tacos and fries for 2 people. One who's a vegetarian and can't enjoy the steak tacos. read more

update: I'm done with this place. I dropped my original rating because they raise the prices without warning. I called them out on it and the waitress said they just raised the prices that day because the meat is too expensive. I asked, Today?? And she changed it to recently, like two weeks ago. They're full of shit. --------------- This is what I wrote previously. Things that I like: - Their pizza crust is pretty good, almost artisan'ey. A lot of places try to save money by selling pizza with a really airy crust. Not these guys. The crust is substantial and could stand-in for french bread; which leads me to my next like. - You have the option to get your sandwiches on their own "ciabatta", which is really their pizza crust. You should choose this bread. How many places make their own bread? - Their pizza toppings are interesting. The owners are, I believe, Salvadorian and offer Salvadorian toppings on their pizza. For example, they have a pizza with loroco and chorizo that is very tasty. - They are not stingy with their toppings and they include parmesan and chili flakes in their pizza boxes. It is nice to not have to ask. - Their prices are fair. read more

Expect a minimum wait of about 20-30 mins Pleasant staff over the phone and in person I ordered the house special and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the amount of food Will definitely go back to explore other dishes. I have loved their quesadillas for almost a year now, until today. My last order they changed the item without an update to their menu or the foodler menu. I called thinking the wrong item was delivered, they told me the item was changed yesterday. They asked if I liked it and I said no and explained if I knew the updated items I would have ordered something else because I don't like this at all. The gentleman said oh ok and then hung up. This wonderful restaurant delivered to our hotel in Chelsea one Sunday evening. We ordered 2 House Special platters and a ham and cheese sub. The platters were AWESOME. Beef, chicken and pork with rice & beans and a fried egg. The meat was so flavorful and the beans were the best I've ever had at a Spanish or Hispanic restaurant. The order was delivered in about 45 minutes and the delivery person was very nice. The sub was grilled and the cheese was nice and melty. We got all of this for $37. I'm not sure about the lower reviews but if you are staying in Chelsea and are looking for delivery other than pizza give Regal a try. read more

I will start off by saying that the food was actually pretty good, which is great and all but the delivery driver was awful. He delivered my food and all was well and then a few minutes later I get a text from him hitting on me. I wasn't sure who it was so I responded and he explained that it was the driver and continued to harass me via text. I was outraged at this breach in privacy so I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager who did not seem at all concerned. This is totally a fire-able offense and I will never order from here again. read more

We found this place by accident on Saturday night and I'm so glad we did! The service and food here is excellent. We ordered horchata while we waited for our food and my boyfriend accidentally spilled his. The nice gentlemen gave him a free refill even though he was almost done drinking it. The food took a little long to come out but it was well worth the wait. My friend and I had ordered the quesadilla and it was the best we ever had! It was packed with loads of meat and cheese with just the right amount of onions, green peppers and seasoning. ( I don't recall if there were anything else in there but it was delicious ! ) My boyfriend ordered the house special and it was a glorious assortment of different meats, rice, beans, veggies, egg and palatines. The prices are really decent for the amount of food that was given to us. We had to pack about 1/2 of them to bring home since no one could finish it. Definite check it out if you are around the area! I would suggest the chicken quesadilla! read more
