They don't even have updated reclining seats like the other place in town. Like common... for this price I'm not going and will go elsewhere. This is our "high end" movie theater in Temecula. It's clean, comfortable, good popcorn, spacious, always a good experience. We take advantage of their Regal awards program that get you points towards snack bar treats and movies for every dollar spent. The theater is located in the Promenade mall and it does get very busy, especially with new releases and on weekends, so plan ahead. The parking can get crazy on a busy weekend. Avoid the parking garage during these busy times--it's really tough to maneuver in and out and parking spaces are tight. read more

Went to watch a movie here with a friend when i went to visit the Temecula Area to beat the heat. I was surprised there was a very long line to buy tickets to watch movies. It was almost time for our movie to show and we needed to buy tickets. However, i was very disappointed to see there was a tiny sign pointing to the self-service kiosk located inside. (Could've saved time for all the people suffering in the 100 degree heat). What was worse was that they only had 2 kiosks anto d 1 had broken down. However, the seats were okay and the overall experience okay. The one thing i did like is that we got in during matinee prices. Thank you for reminding me why I stopped going to the movies. Staff that was there was friendly enough. But the movie watching experience was awful. Some idiot brought their newborn to watch the new Jurassic Park movie in an IMAX theatre. So anytime a dinosaur roared we were treated to five minutes of a screaming baby. The four young teenage girls that plopped their obese bodies behind us and talked through the whole god damn movie, also never taken care of by an usher. Do you even have staff that checks tickets? That does anything except work the refreshments and clean the theatres? 63 dollars for 3 sodas, popcorn and two candies. lol And one of the candies the box was half full, candy was stuck together and stale. Purchased tickets through the regal app to earn points but was charged a high convenience fee. Tried to use points for a free small popcorn and pay to upgrade to large but the employee said I couldn't do that. Instead I used a free popcorn upgrade reward. First time coming here seeing a movie since COVID hit. This place has become ridiculous. First off, corporate makes the "big move" to drop coke and carry trash Pepsi because "it's cheaper" according to one of the employees. Um let's see here, we had seats right in the middle of the theater, and these two people decided to sit right next to us when the whole friggin theater was empty. It was really nice listening to them chew and swirl their straws around during the whole movie. Also, we checked to see if they even had seats next to us and according to the seating map, nobody purchased seats next to us. Oh I'd like to also mention the crying baby in the theater as well. Do no waste your money here!!! It's disgusting, smells, horrible customer service, customer safety is not a priority and HORRIBLE COVID CLEANING PROTOCOLS.. This theater is disgusting and smells. This place is not cleaned well to the point it smells musty. The theater seats are sticky and when we entered the theater room, there was a drunk man passed out in one of the seats from the previous screening. Which means the cleaning crew left an over intoxicated person or there was no cleaning crew after each screening. The drunk man ended up vomiting all over himself and another guest with his child. That same guest (covered in vomit) walked the drunk person covered in vomit out of the room and told the employees. Those employees came in and sweeped up the vomit and sprayed cinnamon on it. The entire room smelled like cinnamon vomit and the employees didn't clean it properly or apologize to the man and his child who were vomited on. The smell was so strong we started feeling sick and left in the middle of the movie not finishing the movie. On our way out we couldn't find any employees to get a refund. I contacted regal and explained this horrible experience and they offered us more tickets to the same disgusting theater. No apologies, or empathy at all. Do no waste your money here. The theater is staffed properly and the employees are friendly and attentive. IMAX and RealD 3D are both available with all theaters having stadium seating. There is a variety of concessions including more traditional meal type food in addition to the typical movie snacks. This location is our go to. read more

Always have rude workers & this place just attracts annoying people & wayyy too many teens. You'll see 12 & 13 year olds in a rated R movie with no parent or adult. I'm 21 and NOT a karen but it's like I just spent 30 dollars to see a movie and I get teenagers with their flashlights on, making TikTok's & talking during the whole movie. This location has the worst excuse for a responsible manager I have ever witnessed in all my years on this planet. Today I wanted to make it on the last day of "3 from Hell" showing Rob Zombies latest film. It was a 3 day showing only. We get there well early before the 7pm showing only to wait in line for 20 minutes while the stupid kids behind the counter take forever to get a simple drink and popcorn. After we get it and head in the movie, THE DAMN MOVIE ALREADY STARTED!!!! I then find out "special screenings don't have previews. I was furious and headed over to see the Manager for a refund and explain the situation. He acted right off the bat like it was my problem and he tells me I can only get either a refund on the food OR the tickets....not both. I SAID I WANT BOTH REFUNDED. WTF. $44 bucks for this really???? He then looks all annoyed and goes in the other and calls a superior. He then comes back and says "well we don't normally do this but we can refund b both this one time. He hee haws around and finally refunds me both and disappears like flash gordon. That is what really irked me. I encountered him again and said "what not even an apology for screwing up my night, no comp tickets, nothing?" He claimed "what more do you want I refunded your money" Infuriated I layed into him in from of his workers, patrons and EVERYONE HEARD IT as to how a proper customer service manager should act. He stated then to "get the hell out of my theater". EFFING EFF this place and this chain!!!!!! In my opinion they are ALL untrained, uneducated dogs that slept through the course of "making customers happy and the customer is always right". IF CORPORATE READS THIS, I AM ASKING IF THIS IS YOUR POLICY AS TO HOW TO TREAT GUESTS THAT KEEP THIS DYING INDUSTRY STILL AFLOAT??? I haven't been to this theater in years, and it's probably my last time. The theater and concessions are clean, but everything else was not worth it. 1. Tickets for Star Wars were $18. That's fine if you're getting reclining seats or have space. These are stadium seating and the seats are too close together. I'm a bigger guy and I was uncomfortable the entire time. If you're charging $18 a ticket I should at least get a comfortable reclining chair 2. The food prices are ridiculous. $9 for a large popcorn and $6 for a large coke with a limited selection. Other theaters have the freestyle coke machine and refills available. Here you get your standard choice of regular soft drinks with very little variety. 3. This was the worst part in my opinion... my movie started at 12:00. The actual movie started at 12:30... 30 minutes of previews? There was an IMAX "trailer" for a movie that lasted 5+ minutes. It felt like the started the wrong movie. Unfortunately, I don't see myself going back to this theater any time soon. read more

Most theaters know that the kids are on vacation as well as adults. We went to a 12:50 movie. I counted and there were literally 46 people in line. They only had 2 people working the tickets Then only 3 lines open for popcorn etc I only wanted a water. 25 minutes later So sad. This is my local big theatre with IMAX. Located in the Temecula mall. Been here many times and I've always found the snack area to be clean as well as the theatre. The customer service has always been good, no complaints here. Seats are in good condition and very comfortable....I have to laugh cuz we always get popcorn and a coke. And its always good. My wife lets me pig out on the popcorn....We got here early and grabbed a pizza from CPK so no popcorn this round. We've seen movies in imax as well a d 3d and regular here, all good! read more

This place will probably not be in business much longer. Friday night and it was like a ghost town. It's the only theater in this area that still has super uncomfortable seats. When the place does get busy expect to wait 20 minutes in line for popcorn etc. as their staff is either poorly trained or the process is just slow. Also bring a blanket or two as some of the theaters either have broken heaters or the management is too cheap to turn them on. It's not very pleasant shivering for 2 hours in a refrigerated theater. Was going to watch the Omen movie today and then a gentleman shows up after 5 minutes of the movie staring with a backpack. He proceeded to walk across the entire theater completely to the other side of the theater top row in the back corner to our left side. We noticed him as well as many others in the theater as they turned around to see where he was sitting. We felt very uncomfortable walked out and left the theater. We tracked down a manager and told him about the situation and he mentioned to us that " he is a regular" I then said I don't know him and don't care we all felt very uncomfortable. My wife then asked if they searched the bag with metal detectors, then he said "NO" but they searched the bag and all compartments, as that was supposed to be ok and make us feel safe. Manager was nice and gave us future tickets for another date, but this defeats the purpose. The world we live in we need to be more cautious, and have better security measures. read more

If I could give absolutely no stars, I would've chosen that. So we're at the concession stand, there are 2 cashiers and it is painfully slow. I got in line at 1:56 and it is now 2:09 and I'm 5 people away from being helped. A manager has come and gone and did absolutely nothing but count out a drawer and close a register. So now there is just one cashier. Flash forward to 2 minutes later, the manager Casey B. came back, but is counting money and touching popcorn. The cashier is awesome and doing the best he can, I feel sorry for him and the poor scheduling and even worse management. Don't come here. Update: it has now been 40 minutes and I don't have what I ordered. I've already missed 40 minutes of the movie, I'm out $47 for concession items I don't even have. Pretty hard to screw up a movie theatre, really easy to screw up a snack bar. The theatre itself is pretty nice, clean with good seating. The sound is as good or better than most, and the climate isn't freezing like some. Unfortunately the staff behind the counter of the concession stand seem to gauge time with a calendar instead of a watch. It took FOREVER to get helped and taken care of. Cute little movie theatre by the mall so it's nice if you feel like shopping before or after your movies. I usually peruse the mall while waiting for our movies to start. I went again this past weekend to see "inside Out" cute movie, but we didn't pay matinee prices even though it was during the day. The kids box of popcorn, fruit snacks and juice was outrageous but it was better than getting a huge thing of popcorn. The large icee is HUGE!!!! I couldn't finish it, but it is pricey so I'm glad I'm getting my money's worth. The seats are a bit sensitive to little kids, so I had to prop my daughter on my lap since she couldn't keep the seat down, even at 2 years old. I was hoping she was able to sit on her own but the front part of the seat kept flipping up on her. The theatre gets really really really cold with the AC blasting so bring a jacket. My little girl kept asking for a jacket, it was cold. I was too, so we got hot chocolate. Touche on blasting the AC so cold that we all run to get hot chocolate...in JULY! read more

DO NOT PAY FOR THE FAKE IMAX HERE!!! For REAL IMAX go to Escondido or Ontario Edwards!!! Now that you've been warned this is probably the nicest theater in town, great sound quality, picture is good but like others have said it does get very crowded on Fri & Sat nights. They also have 2 automated ticket booths/ATM's outside which help with getting your tickets faster since they usually don't have lines. The concession stand here is pricey just like any other theater so that shouldn't come as a shocker to anyone who has gone to the movies in the last decade. The staff here is helpful on the few occasions I needed assistance and I actually like the fact that it is located near the Promenade since there are more dining options in the area. My advice to anyone who regularly visits this chain of theaters is to sign up for the Regal rewards club card so you can earn free popcorn, drinks or even tickets. P.S. SAVE MONEY!!!!!! By buying your tickets at Costco for around $7 ahead of time. read more

I LOVE the movies! I love to laugh and of course eat popcorn so this is often my second home! Sign up for the regal rewards card (mobile version too) to earn free soda, popcorn and movie passes! Typically you earn something everything few trips. Don't forget to use your regal rewards at the concession stand, those points add up! TIP: Parents/adult required for rated R movie! Not just to buy the ticket, they have to attend with minors to watch the movie as we. They DO check ticket stubs at this theatre upon entry, I've seen several occasions with minors under 18 WITH movie passes purchased and were turned away to rated R movies because of their policy stating that minors can only see the movie WITH an adult. I really enjoy their popcorn and candy selection! They have the zebra popcorn, for those of you whom don't know it's popcorn drizzled in chocolate and its to die for! Overall, very clean, great location, and friendly staff! As soon as you walk in it smells absolutely amazing! Popcorn, popcorn and more popcorn! Comfortable seats and multiple screens. This is the busy theater in Temecula. Its in the mall area, so depending on when you go it can be packed with young kids and very difficult to find a parking spot. Especially on a Friday and Saturday night. This theater is pretty strict about outside food and drinks. I wouldn't even bother trying. Especially now because they're searching all bags when you enter. Kind of a drag that the world has come to this. The seats are comfy. The back row has a nice gap in between the next row of seats. This theater is located at the mall in Temecula next to Lucilles Bbq place. Best place to park is behind Sears to avoid traffic. We have the fandango app and always buy our tickets in advance to avoid waiting in lines. You go right up to them and they scan your ticket and you're in! The actual theater is very nice. It's huge and it's well maintained. My only suggestion is that they offer better food selection. They only offer the typical movie theater junk food. I have been to theaters that offer restaurant style food and even drinks! That would make this place perfect. The chairs are comfortable and staff keeps the theaters cleaned up after each crowd.
