This is the best theatre around this area. Wednesday evening, the wifey and I went to watch "Safe". The movie was awesome and the venue was clean. The reason fot the low rating was the people behind the snack bar. A young black man helped me with my drink order. He was loading up the hotdogs while a young lady was ovbiously warming up her own stuff in the microwave and what appeared to be a manager was small talking with them. The young man was wearing gloves to handle the food but, he also used the same gloves to take my bill and give me change...... then turned around and continued with the hotdogs. Neither of the ladies said anything to him. Makes me wonder what happens behind the scenes. I don't suggest buying anything that is not pre packaged. read more

6.75 for a soda and you can't have wrapped straws. How can you have unwrapped straws that everyone can touch in a bin. And when I ask for a wrapped one you say you don't have them? This needs to be fixed. Anyone with any disease or snot can touch these and someone else is putting them in their mouth not to mention someone who went to the bathroom and didn't wash their hands. read more

Not only do u have to take out a loan if u want a drink and popcorn but if u have a free movie ticket don't expect it to actually b free. This theater is okay. Cool it's in the mall. But it's so old and boring compared to other ones. I mean especially when you compare the fact that the other theaters that are luxurious are the same price as this one. Very nice theater, comfortable seating and it's in walking distance from my house. The food lines are short and the service is great, they always have the lasted movies and multilple showings through out the day. The only thing that bothered me was they are like every other theater a bit expensive. read more

I usually always have a great time here. The staff is helpful, there are plenty of snack and drink options, and above all else they have movies there. Make sure to sign up for the regal rewards card. I constantly get free pop corn and candy and you get free movie tickets as well. read more

When I want a "treat" I go here instead of the Cinema on Rahncho. The seats are much nicer. They are big and recline slightly. The treats are over priced, as with any establishment of this type. That said, it is nice to be able to see a movie and then go out for a bite to eat at one of the restaurants in the area. Overall, a very nice movie experience. read more

Love how big and open this theatre is. Very clean, comfortable chairs, and they show lots of movies. I wish they'd put in a bar so us adults could have a drink before the movie (or even during!) And maybe where you serve your own soda, and with all the different flavor options like the theatre in Murrieta. All in all, great theatre! read more

I agree that this is a typical Edwards Theater. Everything was clean and nice inside and in the bathrooms, and the concessions were OK. I liked the comfortable rocking chairs inside of the theaters. An overall good experience and I will be back if I am ever in the area. read more

I have to say that I am not a fan of this theater...I absolutely irrevocably loathe going to this theater...but unfortunately it's the only theatre that has most of what is playing unless you want to drive an extra 1/2 hour to Corona or Escondido....theaters are small....LINES and WAIT TIMES to even get your tickets are RIDICULOUS.....especially on the weekends....I try to avoid this theatre at all costs on these days but unfortunately if there is nothing else to do....you have to suck it up and go...... read more

I've had problems here, many of them, but every time customer service took care of me and kept me happy. This is the best and cleanest theater in the area and I believe the only IMAX. If you get there early to buy tickets you can walk across to the mall. read more

See attached snap shot of Edwards Temecula theater. Note a 3:55pm showing. So, yesterday, 9-12-14 we decided to attend this showing. Unfortunately, the employees at the theater were not aware of this time. Keep in mind, the snap shot is taken from the theaters web site. When I challenged the cashier and one manager they acted like I was an idiot for challenging the lack of this time showing. Instead, the manager told me I should have checked show times via FANDANGO. SERIOUSLY? I googled (as always) Edwards theater and got the entire list of current movies being offered at this theater. You could ask why is this a big deal. Considering we aren't Millenials, we actually BELIEVE what we read especially when it's directed from a corporations web site. I suggest contacting this theater before WASTING YOUR TIME AND GAS. The last thing we wanted to do is be out in yesterday's HEAT. That was the whole purpose of going to the movies. read more

Not sure why this place has only three stars. Went in today, a Sunday, watched Home with my boys and its was an overall great experience.

Just watched Star Wars Rogue One at Edwards. The ticketing process was quick and easy. I like buying tickets via fandango but do not like to pay all the extra service and convenience fees so I just go to the ticket window now. The experience at the concession stand was less than enjoyable. The movies were busy and they only had three lines open until they later opened a 4th line. I just happened to pick the absolute slowest clerk I have ever seen. He processed 1 customer for every 3 that the others processed and helped. I probably could have left my line being only 2 people ahead of me and gone into a line with 6 people ahead of me and still got my popcorn quicker. It would have been nice for the manager or lead on duty who was helping out behind he scenes to recognize this and assist. Oh well. The theater was enjoyable as usual. We were able to find 3 seats together even though the previews already started since it took forever to get popcorn. The only downside to the seats at Edwards is some of them are very loose and recline quite a bit more than I would like. Some people may like that. But I would like to be able to sit up if I want to. Overall I will watch movies there again but will avoid the concession stand clerk if I see him working again and choose someone else's line. read more

Well, it's a movie theater. The seats are comfy, with lots of leg room, but they should really have someone standing at the doors checking stubs because it's extremely annoying when you're in an R-rated movie and you hear the giggling of pre-pubescent teens right behind you. Prices are pretty standard, popcorn is always fresh and they have a good selection of candy and so forth. read more

Wow 2 people working the windows for ticket sales on a Friday night?? They have 2 self serve terminals inside the door no one was using because no manager directed anyone to it. I knew about it so easy for me. The snack bar was short staffed and only 1 of their 3 were even running. The men's and women's bathrooms were trashed. The men's restroom was out of TP in 3 of 4 stalls and pee all over the floors. The wife said she waited after looking in 2 of the ladies stalls and saw they were trashed as well. This is not the normal visit I get or expect from Edwards theaters. In a fairly affluent neighborhood you would expect a lot more. Many people not happy about the wait at the snack bar or ticket windows. Sooo understaffed all they way around. Not sure if I will spend my money here anymore. They lost my money already last night at the snack bars. read more

Great! Had no problems checking in with my iPhone tickets and seeing Star Wars! No wait, no problem. A fantastic experience.
