You have the option of dropping your laundry off for them to wash, dry, and fold (for a reasonable price.) Or, you can stick around and do it yourself. There are many different types, sized of machines to choose from. The place is clean, vast, has plenty of seating and work counters. It is always staffed, safe, and comfortable.

I've never had a problem with the dry cleaning service. I haven't used their laundry machines or dryers, but many people do and the ambience is calm and purposeful. I don't hear a lot of complaints about machines not working, nor do I see a lot of signs saying that a machine is out of order.

My clothes were clean, except for heavily soiled items. There is a heavily soiled option on each washer, I didnt use it because I was concerned it might be a more vigorous cycle, which would not have worked for the clothes I had. Nonetheless, for others, that could work well. Washers are around $3.50-$12 (for the huge monster washer)
