I had 10+ years of bad acne scars and have always felt very insecure about my skin (I am that person that never leaves the house without makeup on). In just a few visits with Ann, i am already wearing substantially less foundation and people are telling my skin looks smoother. She came up with a plan, for my individual needs, that includes a series of both chemical peels and broadband light treatments. They are intimidating procedures and can be uncomfortable at times, but Ann will help you through it and make sure you have the most positive outcome at your appointments. She was very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also didn't make me feel like my request to have thick lashes the first time with her was unreasonable. The 75 minute session definitely zoomed by quickly with her easy going conversational style. I'm looking forward to see her again for my refills. I am so bummed I neglected to take "before" photos of my lashes! But SO happy with the "after" result. As for the price, it is definitely well worth it. My lash extensions in LA cost $130 for a full set and $85 for refills every 4 weeks. My eyes would itch for a while and I could feel the weight of the lashes, even though it wasn't very thick and long. Lash Loft has very affordable prices but they don't skimp on quality. If you're undecided, just go for it! You won't regret it. P.S. I have VERY fine and short Asian lashes. They don't curl well and mascara does nothing for them.

Melissa has a way of working with the eyelash in a way that preserves their health and leaves them seemingly untouched upon removal. One should be very, very cautious in whom they trust when dealing with their lashes. If you come here, you're protected. An entertaining conversationalist as well, she has a way of making the long appointment go by quickly and seamlessly, with the finale of full, impeccable lashes --with quite the lengthy lifespan if you care for them properly-- that are well worth the investment. She did however, reach out to cancel on me TWICE a few HOURS before a bridal make-up trial AND a spray tan trial. She also the cancelled on my rescheduled bridal make-up trial AND cancelled on doing my wedding at all due to a family trip for her daughters make a wish. This was 1 MONTH before my wedding.
