This being my first time, I can say this experience exceeded my expectation. She was warm and welcoming. Very thorough in directions. When it came to waxing, it may have not been the most pain free, but what really sold me was her time to explain everything-definitely showcased how knowledgeable she is in the field. It was three steps: 1. Consult - Aashu explained all the benefits and considerations for the procedure, the pricing model, and the appts needed. She also did a sample outline of what my brows would look like using some sort of makeup so I could get an idea. She consulted on possible shapes and styles and updated the outline drawn on my face so I could decide which was a good fit. She explained what to expect with the procedure in great detail. 2. 1st Appointment - Aashu had great communication with me about where to be and what to expect. She even kept my scheduled appointment on the day of a big snow storm. She used a numbing cream that made the procedure itself not very painful. It took maybe 2 hours. She gave me an aftercare kit and detailed instructions to follow, which were pretty easy. From day 1 I didn't feel the need to pencil in my brows anymore. I had a tiny bit of itching the first week, but nothing to be worried about. 3. 2nd Appointment - This one was the same thing but much quicker. She listened to my feedback and made the small tweaks I asked for. I am very happy with the result! She was also very meticulous about keeping her hands, the tools, and the area sterile while she worked which gave me good peace of mind. I had wanted to do this for years, but was afraid to do it. I'm so glad I did and wish I'd found Brow Boutique years ago!
