Pretty bad experience. Really all around a huge lack of communication-folks were being moved on and off of the project and I had no idea for the majority of the project. They told me I needed a subfloor which I had anticipated and left after an initial installation date. I heard nothing for 2 months and then received a call trying to set up a new date. They did waive my late cancellation fee after my patience had run out, but I did not get my deposit back. Not enough money to fight for it but enough of an issue to not recommend them here. I did really like my initial installer and the dude who sold me the floor in the first place, so that's why it's not one star. read more
