i went to purchase large format tiles for my bathroom shower and when checking out was asked if i…read morewanted them shipped to my house and i said yes. i was then charged 100 for delivery. this was my first time here btw. when i left i figured we were all set but then i get a call from the sales guy asking if i wanted them delivered to my home and if so he was going to have to get a quote from a carrier. i told him he charged me 100 already for delivery. i was then informed that was a delivery charge to get it from their warehouse states away to their store and that to deliver to my home which is only 2 hrs from the store it would be another 450 dollars and on top of that i would need to unload them myself from the delivery truck. if i had known ahead of time i would not have done business with them. i wrote their corp office and got no response so they just lost business because i have 4 other large projects to be done. Never do business with them again. Trash company.

The store is very large and from what I can tell set up in different departments. It is nice to get someone to tag along with you to lead you around to where you should be looking. I like that there are a lot of model of kitchens, bathrooms, etc so that you can really see the tiles in full effect and paired with other tiles and accessories. Great experience.
