And then there was Destiny......who is new to me. She works at the front desk and I would give her two stars if I could. She really needs to improve her attitude. I'm a customer who has been coming here for over two years on and off and have spent a good deal of money here - thousands of dollars of cedar for my 100+ year old home. Every time I deal with Destiny, she acts like she's annoyed and is doing me a favor by letting me purchase anything. Everyone else keep up the good work. I'll deal with Destiny for now.

Smaller projects, and we have always just loaded the lumber into our truck/trailer. The guys out back have been kind, and the materials have always been fine! However, the interactions with the salesmen have been strange and leave a bad taste on our ends. Just disappointing. Like Julia Robert's shopping for clothes in pretty women. Somehow we have been judged negatively, and treated poorly. To the point we are now looking elsewhere for our next (much larger) project. Would rather spend our money somewhere it's valued?
