I needed to find a new salon that was local. I checked around and soooo many salons but prices were just crazy over the top. I am extremely picking about my hair and I want it done right. It's hard to find that perfect person who just has that touch. So, I called Reflections today to see if they could get me in and to my surprise they were able to. I took my chances. I was scheduled with Fatemeh. I get there and it's a beautiful salon. She greets me and immediately I knew she was going to be good. She was extremely knowledgeable. Gave me great advice. She was very talkative which I love. That awkward silence creeps me out. She is very easy to talk to. Once my hair was done I was grinning from ear to ear. She did an amazing job. I love it! Found my new salon and hair stylist! :-). She is amazing! Go see her!!! read more

I have been looking for a person that can cut and color my hair the way I want. After trying various salons throughout Folsom I walked into Reflections Salon one day. And there I found Ralphie. She has fulfilled my wishes. Everyone wants to love their hair style and color. From the first time I went to her, we discussed at great length what I wanted and her recommendations . From there I went to one of the best cut and color I've had in years. I went again yesterday for a hair trim and again walked out absolutely loving my hair. She had magic fingers and her knowledge and experience and ability to listen is what makes her so awesome. I recommended her to a friend of mine in Rocklin who has an appointment next week. I obviously reccomend her to anyone that is looking for a new hair designer. I feel so blessed that I found her after trying 6 salons in 3 years. Also the ladies that work there are awesome. Super friendly, not arrogant. They make you feel welcome. So overall rating: 10. I think that's the highest! read more

Ralphie has done my hair several times now. She listened to my issues & preferences & taught me how to properly care for it. I recently enjoyed one of her moisturizing treatments & especially liked the pampering. My hair looks great! read more

I LOVE this place!! Not only was I pampered, all the ladies there made me feel like a part of their little family. First thing off the bat, the salon looks immaculate. Clean looking exterior, very clean interior with a lovely waterfall behind the front desk and soothing decor. I walked through the door and was greeted so kindly by the receptionist. She offered me an array of refreshments (I settled on the ice water with a lemon slice in it) and, after I had my water and a very yummy cookie, she went to tell the stylist (Kathy) I was here. Expecting to wait for a while (everywhere I go it's always a 10-20 minute wait) I was amazed when Kathy walked up to me and told me she was ready!! I hadn't even had time to open the magazine on my lap!!! As we walked back to her station, I was hello-ed and welcome-ed by the other stylists at the washing bowls and other stations. They were all so sweet and kind!! So I sat down, told Kathy what I wanted (trim, bangs, layers and maybe some peekaboos) and off she went!! It'd been at least a year since my last cut and I needed it desperately. Not only did Kathy do EXACTLY what I wanted, she gave me advice on how to help keep my hair healthy as well as how to do the style she did (cute wavy curls) on my own. She recommended this hairspray for me (due to the fact that my hair can't hold a curl to save my life) and it's the only hairspray I ever use now!! While cutting my hair, she kept asking me questions about my life and let ME talk. The salons I USED to go to I couldn't get a word in edgewise!! They were always talking over me, talking to the stylist or client next to them...just all bad. Kathy would ask me questions, wait for me to answer, respond...it was so refreshing!! Come to find out, not only is she an amazing stylist (I have my appointments booked out with her for the next year!! LOVE my cut and colors!!) she's also the owner of this incredible salon. I am DEFINITELY coming back AND I am referring all my friends and family to these lovely ladies. If you want a salon and stylist that takes care of you, COME HERE!! I can't rave enough about this haven of a hair salon. Thank you so much for being the best salon I've ever gone to!! You've got a very happy client for life :) read more
