Jessica has done it again! I went to Jessica last year for the first time in April 2022 where she colored my hair from a natural black to a blonde, and I loved her work so much that I decided to use her again to color my hair from blonde with black roots to a platinum blonde! And I must say, she still did not disappoint and made me look amazing once again! Just for some context, I reached out to Jessica last-minute (only two days before my appointment!) but after working some things out with our schedules, she was able to fit me in right before closing time! I also want to note that I live just over 100 miles from this salon (I was visiting family in the area when I went here the first time and was in a pinch to find a great salon) but Jessica was and is still worth making the drive! She took the same time that she did last time in one appointment - two sessions in about 2.5 hours, and let me tell you, that is not easy to pull off! But Jessica came to the rescue once again! Jessica is friendly, personable, and fun to have conversations with, and she once again made the hair coloring process enjoyable and easy. Their salon reminds me of a spa with beautiful modern touches and the facilities are well-maintained. Plus, they play great music (they were playing afrobeats, perfect for an early Saturday night to get you in the mood to party later that night lol)! I cannot recommend Jessica enough and I wanted to thank you again Jessica for a job well done! read more

I came to town to visit my parents and with the babysitters at the ready decided to give my hair some much needed attention. I called reflections salon and got an appointment with Fatemeh. Wow. She did wonders with my hair. She really doesn't hold any punches about the state of my hair but I don't blame her haha. I will be coming back anytime I am in the area. I'm 35 and used to be blonde before Covid...she brought me back to my normal self. I am staying in the Folsom/Sacramento area for work and I wanted to get my hair color changed from Auburn back to blonde: I didn't know where to go so I searched on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. Omg let me just say she is amazing. She really listens to you and what you are trying to do with your hair, made a suggestion when I was unsure of what I wanted to do and made me a blonde again. Love this salon and stylist Brooklyn! I'm picky regarding sink bowls/chairs because I'm so short they're often uncomfortable. Their sink has cushion for your neck and it's adjustable. I'm usually not a very picky person but this time it went off my limits. I saw Jessica for a full highlight. I mentioned to her that I want to go as light as possible. She said that she would give me a full highlight with light caramel tones. I asked her since the color is going to get light I prefer a very small section that is on my cheeks to be darker. What I have is a very dark shade of brown. I text her and ask since this is a full highlight and i have paid you 320 $ please give me another appointment and add a few shades in the front and she says that she will charge me for it again!!! My hair is bot even close to the picture I showed her and my friends also think that my hair color has not even changed since its so dark!! I came into Reflections because I was referred by some friends to meet with Jessica & get my hair done by her. A little back story, I have been dying my own hair with box dye for the past 20 years (I know, I know...don't come after me) and would switch between a dark brown and black colored dye. I wanted to go very light this time and decided it was best to see a professional for this. Jessica met with me for a consultation & let me know what to expect. Got a Brazilian blowout with Kelly and she did an amazing job! I've gotten one done three times with different people and I definitely think she did the best job out of everyone! Jessica Triplett has been cutting my hair for about a year now and I couldn't be happier. My hair is a forest of cowlicks and I've been told it isn't the easiest to style yet Jessica has been able to master it, no problem. And my wife also loves the job she does so how can she not get 5 stars? To add, I travel for work and my time in town is precious and very limited which makes scheduling an appointment in advance tough so I call a week (or less) in advance to make my appointments and Jessica has been able to accommodate my schedule every time. Even better, she has never tried to reschedule me, an issue I've had several times with previous stylists. She's very personable, very professional and does a great job. The last salon she worked at decided not to renew their lease so I followed her to Reflections. I highly recommend this Salon! I've gotten my nails done before for prom and just for fun and every time they turn out PERFECT!!! I get my nails done by Sue and her work never disappoints. I guess it could be considered pricy to some people, but I'm willing to pay for quality work that lasts up to 5 weeks or more. Its hard for me to compare price because I've only gotten acrylics done here and never any place else. Last but not least, the surrounding staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
