What we experienced wasn't just poor customer service--it was a reflection of something deeper. One of those individuals was let inside my unit while I was sleeping! I was woken up by him pounding on my bedroom door! I vacuumed the carpet numerous times and got a bunch of hair, fur, dirt, dust, etc. every single time, as if I hadn't just vacuumed it minutes before! In addition to the fleas, there were spider webs hanging from the light fixtures and ceiling. The lint trap of the dryer was also dirty. And two neighbors in particular had their big dogs out on the balcony constantly barking at everything and everyone. Super annoying! Do not recommend!
