Responded quickly. Professional. Knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem and replaced older unit not worth repairing. Reasonably priced.

Norm and his wife, Jenn, are the business and they are exceptional. Very kind and work together seamlessly. Got to work right away replacing a broken spring. In addition to replacing the part and adjusting the settings to ensure it was done correctly, they checked and tightened each bolt on the door panels and lubed all of the joints so the door is so much quieter! When I asked if I needed the rubber gasket replaced, he said he could do it but I didn't need it right now. Maybe in a year or so. So no attempt to upsell! Recommend them to anyone other servicing area!!!

His wife was his assistant/helper. Very nice folks and guess what, he charged exactly what he quoted me! I looked at several reviews of the bigger companies and that was not the case in most reviews. Good, honest, hard working people just doing what they say...I love that! I highly recommend Norm & his bride. He replaced the spring, reset the door, tightened every bolt on the door and greased the rollers and again, wasn't here more than 30 minutes. Please, give them a try.

When I requested quotes, I received about 6 and they were all for the most part, competitive and…read moreresponsive. The quotes were around $125 to $175 to install the Craftsman .75hp belt driven Garage Door Opener system. One proposal was $200 to $400, which I did not consider. I want to them all for responding so quickly. I chose this company because they were one of the lowest and responded the first day and when I called them, they answered my questions. The actual cost was about $150. I sent them pics of the garage and door and they called back and told me specifically what else would be needed for installation and I agreed. Chris showed up on time, took the time to do the installation right and made the modifications to strengthen the metal door. He also had to align the rails and make other adjustments, which he showed me were installed incorrectly, which he fixed. Based on his knowledge and watching him do the work, I would have regretted doing this myself. Bottom line; I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them for any garage door work.

The owner Mark Stephans went above and beyond to ordered the replacement window with frame, glass and paint to match the exterior color of the garage door. Mark was very professional and completed at a resonable price. It's not every day when the owner of the business comes out and personally completes the repairs. Thank you, Paul Plath

My neighbor asked me to find someone to check out the garage door. Prolift had been recommended to me by a contractor. I called and spoke to Miles and then gave contact info to my neighbor. Miles said repairmen would arrive today at 4:00 pm and determine problem and repair the garage door. Arrived on time and immediately determined the problem and repaired it. Then continued with some lubricant and checking other possible areas to tune up. My neighbor was very happy and appreciative of the timely and professional service. When my garage door needs maintenance I will certainly call Prolift.

Sure it cost a little more than most places but a lifetime warranty meant security for me and my family. Everything went well with the installation and we even called them once or twice with an issue which they came out to fix free of charge, so the warranty was already paying off. And then a month or so ago it all changed. The door wouldn't open. The latch to release the lock was jammed and so were our cars. We called ProLift only to find out the local branch was closed but they have other locations and a corporate office, and we have a Lifetime Warranty. So what clucked go wrong? Then began the run-around. No one at "support" would give me the phone number to corporate. They kept putting me off, meantime our garage is stuck. I spoke to Brooke B. and Jacklyn and received a full of lies email from something called PSB. Operations, all promising to help me out. Nothing. Silence. I finally decided to call a local company and pay out off pocket to get it fixed. The technician informed me that ProLift shorted me a spring (a common practice used by ProLift to save themselves money) and the equipment they put their name on IS NOT there product (see photo). The total to fix my garage was close to $400 and after emailing the invoice to ProLift corporate and sending unanswered email after unanswered email corporate finally responds with a generic letter and a Vanilla gift card for $300, not even covering the total cost of my garage fix. I DID NOT cash the gift card, I turned it down. I found ProLift's 'here take this and go away' offer insulting. Trying to buy me off with a gift card that didn't even cover the cost of my repair, let alone my time and frustration only made matters worse. My advice is to stay away from ProLift, they are a fraudulent company that will say/do ANYTHING to separate you from your money. Their Lifetime Warranty IS NOT covered by corporate and their customer service stinks of excuses and lies to do anything/everything to avoid honoring their warranty. They'll say each office is independently owned and operated to avoid paying out YOUR claim but I can assure you they get a piece of the profit from each location. I can't tell who to use in your area, but I can promise you that you will regret choosing ProLift Garage Doors. The fact they put their name on someone else's product say it all. Stay away from ProLift, keep your money and sanity.
