The next day he arrived when stated, safely and efficiently performed the repairs using the proper tools. He went above and beyond by replacing a bracket and securing some others that had worked loose over time. He then cleaned all of the cobwebs off, lubed, and adjusted the door open/close settings. This latest time I called them a week ago and they were prompt on calling me back to go over the issue. They set up an appointment and were out here within 24 hours fixed the problem and was gone.
