Wanted full payment on item that wasn't completed. Dug 2" trench for a 4" pipe & didn't bring pipe. Brand new trailer was empty so their was room for it. Passed at least 2 hardware stores on way to job. = No plans to lay drain pipe but asked for full payment. Not. I should not have gave any. Way too many days went by of no communication as to when coming back. Two times reached out to correct invoice & show paid in full. Both times, she'll get on that right away. Never did. He said she said a message was left. No voicemail from him. They offered to return. I said thanks but no thanks. He was hard at working. Fast & ready to leave with the cash. Wasn't a full days work.

He said that he would be to our house at 8:00, but didn't show up until 11:15. After 10 minutes, he left, saying that he had to go get some tools. 30 minutes later he sent a text, saying that it was now going to be $1200. I think this is a prime example of the classic bait and switch. Needless to say we won't be going with this poor example a business.

They did a great job from the start, explained different options, and offered a variety of different choices at different price points. We ended up selecting a new vinyl siding, metal roof, and new entry and rear patio doors. As with most projects of this nature, there were some delays caused by weather, but they got it done as fast as they could, and came in on budget. The quality of the work is superb, Chris has an attention to detail that shows in his projects. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. The crews that work for him are real craftsmen, too- And take pride in their work. I felt bad for them, as the roofing portion of the job happened just when a terrible heat wave hit the area, but it didn't slow progress down at all. It all looks, and functions, great!

Worked a few hours for 3 different days on a job that should have taken one day. They were only half finished, and the workmanship wasn't good. Everything was done to ADA standards & on a WWI Storybook Cottage at that, with the off centered roofline. It is stunning in the difference it made in our lives & home. You cannot see the ramp from the road & none of it looks ADA. All one notices is its beauty & peace it adds to our home & street. It has been like adding an extra room to our home & though it has been almost a year since Rick & his very professional team built it, we still have people stopping by to find out who built it & complimenting its structure & beauty. It's where we visit with neighbors & friends. It has quickly become our haven of peace in a crazy world. They started the job early. Worked from sun up until sun down five days a week, rain or shine & finished the project when they said they would. I've had a lot of construction done in various homes in my life & never have I worked with a more experienced, polite & courtesy crew. Rick took my crudely sketched dream & turned it into a reality. He was open about everything & did all to code & standard & then some. One year later we are as thrilled & pleased with his work as we were from day one. You may have to get in line but this man & his construction team is worth waiting on & he will be there the day he says he will. The best of the best.
