David took the unit apart, and in removing the drain pan he found a buildup the was keeping the pan from emptying totally. He proceeded to remove the blower which definitely needed service and clean and reassemble the unit. Two additional attempts to fix, and committed to coming back the next week to completely finish (third attempt). We tried calling the plumbing staff, but they still have not returned our calls. Also the office secretary couldn't tell us when they could come out or why they haven't yet. We now are working with another group to get the issue fully resolved.
