David came out and did a bid. It was satisfactory. When it came time to schedule the job, I requested verification he is a licensed contractor, he sent me his license numbers. Unfortunately I was unable to verify these numbers on the TN licensing board website, and so, therefore, did not hire him. I wish him luck. read more

I do not understand how the location of the meeting (at a church) can be considered "religious intent." To be fair, I guess the Handyman didn't have any of my contact information? I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. He did a fantastic job cutting through our driveway (to run the new pipe) and patching it. He also put down grass seed where he had to trench the yard.
