One of your Handymen blocked me because he stated I started my text message with "religious intent"…read moreby letting him know when I'd be at church to discuss the details of the job. I do not understand how the location of the meeting (at a church) can be considered "religious intent." To be fair, I guess the Handyman didn't have any of my contact information? I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. It still seems illogical that the location of the meeting would determine the content of the message.

We purchased a house that Patrick Construction was remodeling for the owner. We worked together…read morewith the owner to have Patrick Construction do a few things to the house, while he was there. Patrick construction really took advantage of the situation and jacked up his price. A hot water line that he installed was not working, and he refused to fix it. Though he charged much more to perform a few simple changes, he would not do the finishing trim & siding work. This guy is a crook. Don't let him in your house. If he offers a "warranty," it's worth nothing.

I cannot say enough about Tim and his team of skilled workers. Each of them went above and beyond…read moreon every job they did at my home. Having never been the sole decision maker for repairs on such a large scale, the thought of having to do so became really intimidating! I called Tim and talked with him about some of the issues with my house and he was here first thing the next morning. We talked about what needed to be done and what did not. I had already hired someone for foundation work that I was told I needed, so that was the first thing Tim addressed. After careful inspection, he determined that I DID NOT need this expensive work at all and explained why. From that moment on, I felt that Tim was honest and I could trust him. Plus, I had 'done a little homework on Lowder and Lowder Construction before calling him and was impressed with what I read about his company. After discussing all repairs/issues, I hired Tim and his team right away...best decision I could have made! Everyone was on time each day and if Tim was not here, he was always available by phone. These workers did just that..they worked! If I had a question, someone was always able to answer it for me and seemed more than happy to do so. Tim had unique ideas for certain areas of my house and I am so glad that I listened to him and agreed with his suggestions. My home is so beautiful now, thanks to Tim Lowder and his team! He will be the only contractor I call for any future work I might need for my home! Thanks so much, Tim and crew, for transforming my house into something prettier than I could have ever imagined it would be!!

I seldom give 5 stars, but Catoosa Handyman (Chris) was excellent…read more The tape and plaster was falling from the ceiling in the garage. I sent Chris an email and requested a quote. He came the next day and took measurements and said he would get back with me. He sent the quote for two types of repair. I took the cheaper of the two and it looks awesome. Chris was on time Thursday, quickly started work and finished late that afternoon. The garage looks great and I have had lots of compliments on how well it looks. I will be using Catoosa Handyman for future projects that I am saving to have completed. It is rare to find a handyman that is on time and very particular with his work. You will find that in Chris.
