After getting "our office is closed, leave a message" from two other plumbers I have used before, I tried Harvey's. They answered immediately, and before noon, Travis had driven here from Harrison, found the leak (which entailed digging into the ground), and fixed it. He was also extremely honest -- a math error had initially calculated my invoice at $100 over what it should have been, but after I had written the check and they were about to leave, they noticed the error, came back and had me write another check for $100 less. Any other plumber might have taken the extra $100 and hoped I did not notice. Refreshing that there are still honest people!
