Their quote was not the cheapest however the man who came out seemed knowledgeable and respectable plus the reviews were positive. The day finally came for them to come complete the repair and the two people who arrived did show the same traits as the man who came to give the estimate however I assumed they would be trustworthy. We were away from the home as the home is under construction but the key was left in the door so they could lock up when they were done. When we came home the key was still in the door, the garage door was open, the door from the garage to the home was open, the gate to the yard was open and there was insulation strewn throughout the yard and around the opening to the attic. Luckily my cats were terrified and hid rather than running away. I was livid and disappointed. To make matters worse the job they did with the moisture barrier seems sloppy and subpar. When we called their response was flaccid as if once the work was done and they got paid that was all that mattered. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone and if you do choose to use them, please ensure you are present to monitor their progress.

We ended up selecting a new vinyl siding, metal roof, and new entry and rear patio doors. As with most projects of this nature, there were some delays caused by weather, but they got it done as fast as they could, and came in on budget. The quality of the work is superb, Chris has an attention to detail that shows in his projects. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. The crews that work for him are real craftsmen, too- And take pride in their work. I felt bad for them, as the roofing portion of the job happened just when a terrible heat wave hit the area, but it didn't slow progress down at all. It all looks, and functions, great!

This company was hired to install a roof on a house we purchased (we had no control over what…read morecompany was hired). We were unable to find an office address or company phone number to contact the company, which is very unprofessional in our opinion. The address listed is the owners former residence. While the roof was supposed to be done prior to closing date, it couldn't happen due to trouble getting materials, and was delayed about a week, which is understandable. However, communication was very unclear as to what day the roofers would show up (we had supplies blocking our driveway for about 3 days before anyone showed up, though we were told they would be there THE DAY the materials were delivered). Additionally, when the workers did show up, only one person spoke English so we could not communicate well. They also brought a 7 year old girl with them who was running around our property the entire two days they were working on the roof. While I respect parents who work, we did not appreciate an unsupervised child on our property without our consent or any notice. No one said anything when they were done, they just up and left. We had to clean up the supplies that were left behind. They left a ton of nails and debris on our roof we had to climb up and clean off. There is also two obvious dents in our gutter that were not there before, but no one came forward about it and again the company is hard to get a hold of. We were able to get a call from the owner during our contract period at the request of the realtors, but he promised us quotes and paperwork and never delivered. This was before the nightmare that was the actual installation. The lack of communication obstructed our ability to move in and coordinate with other contractors doing estimates for other work on the house. We reached out over text and email to talk to owner to se what we could do to make it right and have not heard back since. We waited a week before posting review in hopes this was a one off project and not something up to their normal standard. Would not use again. Poor communication, no pride in their workmanship, poor quality of work, and poor professionalism.
