I asked for a copy of our lease to be emailed to me and I was told 6 times they would and never got it. They also close the office randomly and wait until the day of to send out notifications about it when that could be done days before. It is a very new complex, still under construction in some buildings and things should not be leaking and breaking as quick as they do. We have young kids that don't always sit and walk unfortunately. Our neighbors downstairs annoyingly beat on the ceiling when they think the kids are too loud, but yet they sit outside 15 hrs a day smoking cigarettes, in a "smoke free" community and we can't even enjoy our patio on the days with nice weather because it stinks with smoke outside.
