I love that they carry such a wide selection at very reasonable prices, making it easy to stock up without breaking the bank. It's one of those stores where I always end up discovering something new to try. If you haven't checked it out yet, it's definitely worth a visit. They also have another Shibuyala location in Rowland Heights, but I personally prefer the Arcadia location inside the mall. It's well organized, easy to browse, and there's plenty of parking around the mall, which makes shopping even more convenient. Be warned--you'll probably walk out with more than you planned to buy! Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and taking responsibility, they made false statements about what happened in an apparent attempt to protect themselves. Good customer service requires fairness, accountability, and honesty, none of which I experienced in this situation.

Walking in, the space felt much more like a modern medical clinic than a loud, chaotic beauty parlor. The reception area was quiet and spotless, with framed clinical certificates clearly displayed on the wall. The treatment room was equally reassuring. It was a calm, no-nonsense environment without any pushy sales pitches, which I appreciated. Tbh, the professional setup made me feel very safe.

I've…read moreonly ever had one hydro facial in my life and I remember it being good but I feel like this might be better?? First off, I have severe allergies to propelyne glycol and limonene. Honestly there were so many products and I felt so bad because the ingredients that I'm allergic to are extremely common in products and don't affect most people. I honestly at a certain point was like it's okay just use whatever but my esthetician literally would not let me. She made sure I read every ingredient so I wouldn't have a reaction. She wanted to make sure I was taken care of properly. She was so kind and caring and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. The hydrofacial itself was so amazing she started off with giving me a massage. It honestly felt like lymphatic drainage for my face because I do gua sha at home. Then she brought out a steam machine and some cold roller thing. And she used a machine that felt like water was squirting into my face with air but my face didn't feel wet. I honestly don't know what was going on. Everything felt so amazing though I felt SO RELAXED. She even did extractions for me on my nose which I have not done in AGES. She said I didn't have acne just blackheads lol. I take that as a compliment to be quite honest. Once it was done my face truly looked FRESH. I was so happy with my results. Then I went to the injection room and got some Botox. They were so quick and it was as painless as Botox could be. Loved my experience here. They legit have everything here it's a one stop shop. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

First, the phone call to make the appointment was easy. They were polite and efficient both with booking the initial consult and with rescheduling when I needed. However, once I got to the actual appointment, I didn't enjoy their service. I arrived for my appointment at 2pm, and at the front desk was a security officer instead of a receptionist. He seemed confused by my presence and told me that everyone was out to lunch. I was confused and he told me to talk to one of the nurses, but she looked annoyed at me and told me to keep waiting in the lobby -- when I asked if they were on their lunch, she said no and to be patient. Finally, I was seen by the consultant. The consultant was very no-nonsense and didn't seem to have the patience to answer my questions. When I asked her about my concerns re: skin fat burning, she would brush them off by saying "Well, just use a different laser then". Okay, but...she didn't answer my questions or really explain the pros and cons of each laser? Ultimately, I will choose a different location. There are other places with similar pricing where you will feel valued and treated like a patient.
