I spoke with Mr. Sam GEROULIS who happens to be the owner of the Shop. He was affirmative in his assessment that the car could be fixed and restored to its previous glory. Well, it was the way Mr. Sam Geroulis had suggested. My Honda was restored as Mr. Geroulis had promised. From beginning to end, they contacted/updated me on the parts and insurance. They were fighting to get original and not used parts for my car because State Farm wanted to cut corners and get cheap products. They wanted to do the job right. At first I was getting discouraged and scared. But they kept calling State Farm to extend my rental car. After 2 months, I get my vehicle. There was one part that needed to be placed on the side of the car but it wasn't coming in until the following week. It passed the quality check and that this was only cosmetic. The owner drove to our home and put the part on for us. Which we greatly appreciated since we are on the other side of town. My car is driving smoothly and I want to thank the crew for a job well done.

At one point, I thought they were taking a bit long on the repairs, but they were fighting with the insurance to put OEM parts on our vehicle instead of recycled parts. Gotta love insurance, right? Anything to turn a profit (I should know, I'm a former insurance salesman for the "like a good neighbor" company). After everything was done, there was one small accessory that needed to be put on, but since our car was driveable again, we were able to get it back. The owner said he'd bring that last part to our place and put it on himself. And yes, he delivered on his word. He told me he recently drove a car to Dayton, OH for a customer too. After searching Toyota dealership inventories online, I happened across Dry Ridge Toyota. I decided to stop by there since they had the color car I wanted. This dealership is 40 miles away from my home, and there were 4 other dealerships closer, but this one turned out to be worth the drive. I told the salesman about my experience in Frankfort and he said he was certain they could beat that rate. I felt they actually wanted to earn our business. And I truly feel that they worked to do so. They got the car I wanted, and better yet, they found an interest rate of 3.5%! They managed to make a bad experience a positive one.
