We were referred to Reese Plumbing by our neighbor since we had a minor back up in our bathtub. Jeremy was friendly, professional, arrived on time and fair pricing. A few days later, we realized our water heater had to be replaced, since it was over 12 years old and the hot water, was showing signs of rust. We priced water heaters and asked Jeremy for a quote. He came over to see it and his pricing and labor was fair, so we booked him to take care of installing a new water heater for us. Then, as it turns out, this one spot on the ceiling in one of our rooms, was showing a small water stain. My husband felt it and it was damp, so we called Jeremy and he sent over Massimo the next morning to take a look. Sure enough, there was a pinhole leak and the pipe was corroded. Massimo took care of the pipe and was efficient, professional, clean and just awesome. Again, pricing was fair and on par w/ what we've paid in the past for not such great work or service. After getting yet another slab leak I started shopping around for a re-pipe. Several neighbors used a big name repipe company, but one warned me that they left fixtures leaking after they were "done". Reese was highly recommended from several friends and they did a spectacular job. They were methodical in their prep, and clean up. They had my water back on in the same day. Our home has a mainline sewer defect where every six months, we need roots cleaned out. We had another plumber do that 3 months ago and gave us a quote to repair. We were looking for a second quote and hoping this sewer line could be re-sleeved so we called Reese plumbing. Jeremy came out and charged $150 to say there are no roots at this time. Duh...He NEVER followed up with a quote. I left him an email, voice message, and three texts. It has been over three weeks with NO RESPONSE. I waited patiently before writing this bad review. He stuck to his original bid, even when my husband brought up the fact it was a longer job than we were quoted. MUST CALL if you have a plumbing issue. I highly recommend calling a REAL PLUMBER for any plumbing job because the risks of leaks or costly repairs if you do it yourself can cost you big time. Reese came to my rescue when a handyman botched a simple job in my shower. A valve needed replacing because the hot water would not work. I just moved into a rental unit and had many other things to do so I decided to call a plumber/handyman. The person I called hacked up my shower and caused an additional $300 in damage. It took this handy man the entire day to botch this job and in the end, I had to kick him out of my place before he caused more damage. THANK GOD I stopped him just in time before he cut a hole in the shower fixture that would have cost me $1200 to replace. REESE showed up 30 minute after and was able to get my water running for the weekend. On Monday, he showed up and made the repairs to the damage, and installed the new equipment Bobby the Handy Man fowled up. I HIGHLY recommend Reese Plumbing! PROS: Professional, trained, has a fully stocked truck to take on any job, clean, uniforms, puts on shoe guards even when we said it was not necessary, affordable, and guarantees the work. When I woke on a Friday morning and found I had no water and a flooded lawn, I called Jeremy Reese. (By the way, these sorts of things almost always happen right before a weekend. As if the pipes enjoy making things difficult.) Incredible hometown small businessman. I suppose nobody ever wants to need a plumber, but back in early February Jeremy answered my distress call when I found myself hearing a leak. He arrived within an hour & detected a major slab leak (everyone's worst plumbing nightmare right?). I say this because his prompt response & relentless efforts to try & make it a simple fix were remarkable to me. He explained everything all along the way. After spending many more hours than I knew he intended his ethics did not allow him to charge me for all of his time. He said "I simply charge for the job". Tears filled my eyes. Due to the extent of our situation after he laid out all of our options clearly (not AT ALL pressuring us!) we elected to do a whole house re pipe. He was SO kind to work hard to get our plumbing situation "liveable" until we were ready to compete the project. Of course we went with him & his team. Throughout the process the entire team was prompt, attentive, clean, caring of how things worked, fair in pricing, thorough. I was very impressed with my service and highly recommend!! I called Reese Plumbing this morning for help when I noticed water flowing out of the sewer cleanout in my driveway. Jeremy answered his phone and told me that he'd pack up his truck with the required tools and head over. 30 minutes later he was there and fixing the problem. He was patient with me when I had questions about what he was doing and educated me about the process. He was very thorough in removing the roots that were blocking the pipes (he showed me the roots that were blocking the pipe in several different places and then showed me the clean pipes once all the roots were removed). Bad news..good news. The bad news was that our downstairs tenants reported a water leak significant enough to wet the hallway carpet. The good news is that we called Reese Plumbing! Reese plumbing came to our rescue on a nasty slab leak that was happening in our main entry way. To our surprise they were able to remove our tiles, punch a hole in our slab, replace the pipe and re-finish the floor and tile all in a day. The finish work on re-setting our tiles was done really well and you would never know our floor was completely torn apart.
