The store offers men's and women's fashions as well as "Crew Cuts" clothing for children. Overall, the store is very attractive and any time I've been in its been well organized. There is a wide variety of items here from screen print tees to dresses for date night. The outlet is definitely less expensive than the regular, full price store but I didn't feel like I got any bargains here. For example, the shirt I purchased was $52. A similar shirt at the Banana Republic Outlet would probably cost me about $40. Plain gray little girls leggings were about $18 and similar leggings at Gymboree would be about $8. The staff here was very nice. I didn't need too much help but from my limited questions and some conversations I overhead they seemed very customer service oriented. Something I learned on my most recent visit is that you can actually shop the outlet online now. I guess that makes sense since many retailers are looking to capture a new market by offering products at a lower price point and online sales are a must.

Shoppers walk along decking and boardwalks to access the shops. Also, there are different buildings within the shopping center so that adds some interest too. My favorite shops here are The Cottage Shop, Sound Feet Shoes and The Cotton Gin. In addition to shops there are also a handful of restaurants and eateries. And behind the shopping center is a race track and miniature golf course. Timbuck II includes some other business too like a massage place and a real estate office.

Customer service was a bit slow, but good overall. The store was near in appearance with lots of sales on jackets and coats. I'm sure I will be back at some point, but it's not close to where I reside and even when in OBX it's not close. There is also a Williamsburg location I visit more frequently. At Untucked we found brands like Johnie-O, Vuori, and Marine Layer. Think Nordstrom quality brands with a beachy vibe. After a nice chat with the gentlemen working, we left with a lovely button up Johnie-O plaid shirt. It was definitely nice to be able to find classic, casual men's clothing without having to go up to Gray's department store in KDH or the stores in Duck. Well done Untucked!
