Unfortunately, I have received no shipping update or meaningful communication since placing the order. I have emailed customer support three times, left a voicemail, and attempted to call the store multiple times, but every call has gone to voicemail and I have received no response. I understand that shipping delays can happen, especially with specialized aquarium equipment, but a lack of communication is much harder to accept. Simply acknowledging my inquiries and providing an updated status would go a long way toward maintaining customer confidence. At this point, this experience does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a company seeking to earn and retain my business. I will update this review if and when the situation is resolved. If I continue to receive no response, I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

C-Macs employees are very knowledgeable about every aspect of the hobby, and are willing to answer even the simplest questions and provide the best solution for your situation. They don't push sales, but try to fit the needs of every customer. I've been in there when it's super packed and there's barely any room to move and the employees are still positive and happy to share their knowledge and help with everyone.
