I stopped in here recently to purchase some copper pipe for a project. It was easy to see a variety of size options and also have the store cut the pipe to the sizes needed. There were lots of options in their warehouse. The made the cuts at the same time I was there, which was great that I didn't have to come back another time. There is a $10 fee for cutting pipe. They have a great location with lots of parking. I went in on a Saturday and was grateful they were open until 12pm. read more

I absolutely love coming to Todd Pipe for plumbing needs. I have recently had a lot of irrigation projects pop up in Buellton, and Todd Pipe has become an absolutely indispensable resource for me. All of the fittings are logically organized and labeled. I'm so used to the disorganization of pipe fittings that you see at typical chain hardware stores that I'm surprised at how little time I spend in Todd Pipe because everything is so easy to find. Okay, so I bought a high end shower head about 6 months ago and it's broken with water pouring out of the rim of the shower head. I don't have the receipt, so I asked for a copy of my receipt and model number because Todd Pipe doesn't have a return policy (evidently) and I have to deal directly with the manufacturer. Again, TP would not provide any information and now I'm stuck with an expensive shower head that doesn't work. I tried to support local business, but I'm kind of starting to see the convenience of Amazon. Won't ever go back again. read more

This place is a joke. Called ahead to make sure they fill my existing nitrogen tank, and guy on the phone said "yes, no problem". Drove a half hour to Todd pipe and supply for them to tell me they don't. I asked why the hell would he tell me that, he replied "what was the guys name?". Cause everyone asks the persons name when the call a business for questions. Should have just drove to santa Maria to have it filled by professionals. Don't wast your time on this place. I needed parts and this was the closest place. Even though the people at the counter was helpful, nothing had prices on them. I kept asking what the prices were, but they kept shrugging it off. The guy at the counter already took the part out of packaging and assembled it to my old part. I thought that was helpful though. However I didn't find out the price until I was ranged up in the front of the store. It was significantly more than I anticipated. I bought the parts anyways, but wasn't happy when I found out how much more expensive they were. They charge 3 times more for parts of similar quality. Next time I'll just take a drive over to the hardware store in the next town over. read more

I bought a toto toilet from Todd Pipe & Supply 1 year ago. While cleaning, I noticed a hairline crack on the lip of the toilet. I brought a photo and my receipt to Todd. They were rude and accused me of "slamming the toilet lid". Obviously they were not helpful. I insisted they give me info on toto so I could contact them myself. I called toto that same day and after sending a photo and receipt, toto send me a replacement toilet and told me my original toilet was defective. Thank you Todd Pipe for nothing... read more

While they do cash sales to the public, this is a contractor supply house. If you are building or have a ranch, open an account and it's cheaper. They are accustomed to dealing with people in the field. However, they have everything and carry higher quality products. read more

Purchased a stem for a broken shower. I showed them the old stem and the man left and came back with a completely different one. Having no knowledge about it, I bought it and found out it was wrong when I came home to install. I went back to return the stem and was told I needed the packaging to return it. There was no packaging when I was sold the item and when I explained this the lady acted like it was my fault and that I was responsible for the trouble. She was very rude and inconsiderate after they wasted my time selling me the wrong item. In summary, unknowledgeable about their products, rude and inconsiderate staff. Had a much better experience going to Ace Hardware afterwards. read more
