They wouldn't refund or exchange even though it was incorrectly mixed. Then, while I was speaking to the manager, he put me on hold to talk to the guy in paint, then the phone went dead, I though we got disconnected but no, he just left for the day. While trying to load the horse mats into the car, the employee informed us they could deliver it to us today. After attempting to put one of the mats into the car, we decided to opt for the delivery ($50 to santa barbara). They man also helped us load it into our house. This place has very good service!

So the back story is we are the North myrtle Beach Rescue Squad in North Myrtle beach Sc. our boat the Merlin Bellamy is an amphibious boat that has an amp motor that runs the 4 wheel drive system to drive the boat ashore. The oil pressure switch went out. We needed one and at 4pm our time we started calling every local place no one could help us out. We then started calling parts places on the west coast knowing it may cost more but we needed the boat back in service ASAP. When we called the lady (forgive me I cant remember her name ) she was very nice. she told us she didn't have the part to ship to us. But here is where it service above and beyond she called us back with part locations in our area and the next mooring I was able to drive 30 miles to pick the Part up, so the boat could be back up and running in top condition. I needed to buy interior hollow core wood doors, which Agoura S&D was able to provide. The rep,…read moreMike, provided inaccurate information about the doors saying that the intended trim would be fine and that the hollow would not be exposed (this supposedly after he checked with the manufacturer). The manufacturer bored the doors measuring from the top only. When trimmed as indicated they would be, the hollow was exposed at the bottom. The rep refused to replace the doors. To salvage the doors, extra installation charges were incurred to fill the hollow. Again, the rep and his supervisors / owners refused to cover the extra charge, even though it was clearly documented in emails that the rep had provided inaccurate information. Moral of the story: don't believe what the rep says and do all the boring and cuts on site. Or, find a different distributor.
