Once we went in, we noticed they had a whole section of apparel. The apparel here was way cheaper than REI. We ended up spending half an hour in the apparel section, when originally we wanted to just get the horse mats and leave. Services are friendly here, while in the apparel section a lady asked if we needed help and try to help me find sizes for overalls, but after trying it on in the dressing room I realized it was a man's fitting and not a woman's fit (women have wider hips and it also had a zipper in the front crotch for guys to pee eaiser...). The price for the overalls here were under $20, for a non- Carhartt brand. I also found some tights with pockets for a lot cheaper than REI. We also are able to buy electrical outlet and electrical outlet covers for the room I was going to put my horse mats in. And after buying our mats, the guy who was helping us load it into our car offered to deliver it to our house because it didn't look like it was going to fit in my wife's prius. Delivery was $49.99, a lot cheaper than online and the guy who delivered it helped to load it to our house. The guy who delivered the mats informed me that sometimes the website doesn't deliver to certain addresses in Santa Barbara, but he was the delivery guy. Just a heads up if you ever want some items delivered, it's better to let them know when you're purchasing the items otherwise they'll have to refund you your purchase and then charge you again with the delivery fee so its on the same receipt. If you are trying to make a home gym, I recommend getting the horse mats here because it's cheaper than getting the gym mats from other places.

Nobody wants to get educated on what baby chicks have been delivered. Nobody wants to tell the customers over the phone. I am tired of this behavior and am not going to shop in your stores if this continues. Phone etiquette is extremely important to keep your clientele. I'm not going to go to a store that does not want to take care of their customers and I'm sure you don't either. So please educate your employees on phone etiquette. They need to know their product. So the back story is we are the North myrtle Beach Rescue Squad in North Myrtle beach Sc. our boat the Merlin Bellamy is an amphibious boat that has an amp motor that runs the 4 wheel drive system to drive the boat ashore. The oil pressure switch went out. We needed one and at 4pm our time we started calling every local place no one could help us out. We then started calling parts places on the west coast knowing it may cost more but we needed the boat back in service ASAP. When we called the lady (forgive me I cant remember her name ) she was very nice. she told us she didn't have the part to ship to us. But here is where it service above and beyond she called us back with part locations in our area and the next mooring I was able to drive 30 miles to pick the Part up, so the boat could be back up and running in top condition. There were lots of options in their warehouse. The made the cuts at the same time I was there, which was great that I didn't have to come back another time. There is a $10 fee for cutting pipe. They have a great location with lots of parking. I went in on a Saturday and was grateful they were open until 12pm.
