I spoke with Russ, who told me they would inspect the car and follow up with an estimate. They not only provided estimates for the muffler and oil leak but also gave me a list of other items that might need attention. I appreciated that when I told them I only wanted to take care of the two main issues, there was no pressure to do additional work. Russ also mentioned he would do his best to have everything completed by the next day, even though they were closed that day. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

Paying for it was awkward bc no pos register at the counter and Parts Rep didn't have an invoice. I was supposed to trust him when he walked into the back (out of view) to run my card. Classic set up for a scam artist. I'm still holding my breath. This was my first time in this outlet. Parts department not clearly marked from the outside. No directions even on the inside. I will never return and if I thought about buying a vehicle there, well, this experience sealed it for me. Will never return for anything there.
