I actually had to bring a…read moreparts list and diagram from another store, and Parts Rep had no idea what he was looking at, had to explain myself several times. Paying for it was awkward bc no pos register at the counter and Parts Rep didn't have an invoice. I was supposed to trust him when he walked into the back (out of view) to run my card. Classic set up for a scam artist. I'm still holding my breath. This was my first time in this outlet. Parts department not clearly marked from the outside. No directions even on the inside. I will never return and if I thought about buying a vehicle there, well, this experience sealed it for me. Will never return for anything there. I purchased a 2015 Edge Titanium, which someone in the family (they will remain unnamed but not…read moreun-blamed) vigorously reversed into the side of our garage. The garage didn't fare so well, but thanks to Godfrey's body shop, the car looks better than it did when I bought it. I also go there for oil changes and inspections and have had nothing but great experiences. I think the other reviewer had a bad day and decided to yell at clouds on the internet, because everyone I talk to thinks this is a great local business. After dealing with Preston's in Sharon a few times (ugh), I will be a staunch Godfrey's customer for the rest of my Ford-buying days.
