The person at the hostess stand, said that we could have the first table as you walk into the restaurant. But it is a six top. I asked her if we could have a smaller table and she said that she was taking turns with seating for the waiters. So I could wait until somebody else decided to come into the restaurant and then she could sit that family at the six top and then I could go to the other side and sit at a four top. Is this my problem? Does any of this make sense? Now here I am waiting for my food that I placed 40 minutes ago and my waitress has not stopped by once. She just walked by our table and never offered us refills. You would think that the empty beer bottle and glass at the end of the table would be a clue. So now the manager comes out and tells me that they had to have somebody prep the calzone dough and they are just now going to make it. What the heck is going on with this restaurant? Did she offer us refills on our drinks that were sitting at the end of the table empty? No. Did she offer to bring us an appetizer for our inconvenience? No. So before I have even received my food, I have had poor service from the hostess telling me I have to wait for a table in an empty restaurant, poor service from my waitress who is mad that I am a two top sitting at a six top, poor service from management who doesn't know how to handle the fact that I've been here for over 45 minutes with no food. And mismanaged kitchen staff. It sounds like a really great place to open a restaurant! Yay! My food came out. My pizza is not what I asked for. Wrong crust. And my husband's pizza came out with black olives, which he specifically said no black olives. Now we have to wait for them to remake it. So as we are waiting to get our food remade, a random waitress comes up to our table and tells us that they're remaking our food. Then our waitress shows up for the first time since greeting us an hour ago and apologizes for the mistake. Proceeds to tell us that she rang it up right, but they made it wrong and I tell them about my experience with the hostess. She says she will send the manager out to talk with me. I have just found out that the hostess and the manager are the same person! First thing the manager does is apologize for greeting us at the host to stand the way she did. She then tells us that she is going to comp our whole bill. One beer, one soda, one calzone, and one small cheese pizza. I appreciate you paying for our bill. But I would be extremely grateful if I had my food after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting here. Did not have to pay for any of our meal. Thank you. Very kind. However, I went to enjoy a night out for pizza and beer. Too stressful. Not happy overall.

Wheelchair accessibility: accessible parking across the street with a crosswalk; the front door is heavy so you're gonna either need help or be able to open a heavy door and there's actually two doors but plenty of room to maneuver between. the path of travel wasn't bad and there's wheelchair accessible seating in the back of the restaurant. There is no wheelchair accessible seating in the bar area. The bathroom door was light .The accessible stall in the women's bathroom had a grab bar, but there was not sufficient turning radius and the soap was up a little high.
