I hate leaving a not so good review for any business, but hopefully owners or management will read it and try to use it as a teaching opportunity. I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location 4 times. Each time I sit at the bar and ask for a beer and a menu. The beer and menu get delivered, but then it's like I become invisible. The bartender constantly pays attention to the service bar and forgets that there are people at the bar who'd like to eat. After 14 minutes I walked over to the service bar to ask her if I could order food. She seemed very annoyed that I bothered her and took a few more minutes before she asked to take my order. Management, please take note. Either she's too busy at the service bar to be able to handle both, or which is more likely, she needs to be trained that if someone asks for a menu, it means they probably want to order food too. It's in the server's best interest to make sure her bar patrons are taken care of as well, as the service bar, where tips are shared. Please make me revise my review the next time I come in. Love all the TVs and sports. It's not the young ladies fault she's overwhelmed. read more

Every time I get delivery from here, I get a chicken wing with feathers on...it if not multiple wings with feathers. These pictures are from two different deliveries months apart. 1 STAR Because there isn't a no star. Horrible experience. While not their fault for the screaming bloody murder kids and the rude people nearby saying how their kids are perfect. The music could have been about 10,000 decibels lower. Some people have tinnitus and or would like to have a conversation that could be heard and for the waitress to be able to hear our order accurately. Which wasn't brought out correctly. Had to wait 30 minutes for just the drink. It was never put in and the food order was wrong anyway. Avoid the place all together They refused to turn the music down go elsewhere read more

Billings store for take out is a horrible experience. Young ladies at the front and at the take out counter do not give two craps about you or your order. 5 people all waiting to be greeted to be told it will be 10 minutes more. Restaurant had 6 tables. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered nachos. After waiting so long I started contemplating the meaning of life and whether my food was being aged like fine wine. When it finally arrived, the nachos looked like they'd been assembled by someone who just discovered what cheese is. The chips were soggy, the toppings were sparse, and the whole thing tasted like disappointment with a side of regret. I have been to a BWW in WA state and in OR. But this one in Billings MT was subpar. 1st, the host never called our name, after having waited with our name on the list, for 20 min. Luckily, the people that came in after us told him that we were there before them when the host tried to seet them. The atmosphere is fun as always, but the overpriced wings were a disappointment. To be fair, I veered from my normal order of bone-in to boneless. Unfortunately, what I received were hard, little, nuggets sized, battered bits of over fried chicken, smothered in sauce. Racist alert!!!!! We are traveling and stopped in billings. We tried to order online but it wasn't available so we called ahead and they told us we can come in and order a takeout. So we went but they refused to place takeout order. We asked why and they told us we just can't and have to order something for dine in. So we ordered beer and waited for takeout. After a half an hour we asked about order waitress looked at us annoyed and rudely told us that we need to wait. Later we asked different server about our order and then that server informed us that our order isn't in the system. After long drive we were tired and thought it's polite to just take out since restaurant closes at midnight so 45 mins isn't a long time to eat. Also we noticed waitress was racist towards us since everyone else received their orders before us and she was super rude and hostile towards us. We didn't even receive any carrots or celery sticks either. Our order was wrong too. But after this racist experience we were comfortable spending any time at this restaurant and ask for correct order so we just left. I gladly would have paid for more, but instead they gave me an obviously inadequate amount and pretended it was handled. The fries were cold and old, they tasted like they were made hours ago. We come back here time and again for two reasons: the wings and the best bartender in Billings. Seriously, Marilyn is a treat to visit with every time, and even when she's slammed, she is smiling. We rarely ever order anything but wings, beer, and buffalo chips, so our comments have an admittedly limited basis, but the flavors on the wings are all pretty good (except the Wild always tastes Mild to us). A couple things they need to work on: - When someone says 'extra crispy' on their wings, the skin should literally be crispy. This is really inconsistent here, and the wings are sometimes mushy-soft. - The music. I get that your staff want to play their dub and hip-hop, but seriously - ease up. It is grating to listen to for someone spending an hour or more trying to relax after work. I can't imagine what the families eating here think of it. A lot of people know I am a fan of the Buffalo Wild Wings chain. But not all are equal. This one is a little smaller in layout. The decor is the same sports bar, menu is the same. But were they failed was on the service! The waitress we had was the worst i have had on a long time. It took a long time to get our drinks, food came out ok but the guy that brought out the food spilled a drink on one of the ladies and didn't even offer to make a new one or comp it or anything.
