They made no accommodations and then had the gall to tell me while multiple people were waiting to get into this house, that the tech was 10 minutes away but I needed to drive, to get my key, that shouldnt have been taken in the first place. Extremely rude. Apparently they're now so busy they don't need to give good service. Shocking considering my old review. I just had Brock to my home to clean & inspect my chimney. It's my first one so he even gave me a few tips to make it efficient & care for it. He was extremely professional, friendly & did a wonderful job. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future! I'd recommend Grand Ole Chimney in a heartbeat.

Rented a home from Leen Brothers for 1 1/2 years. Had no issues until after we moved out, at which…read morepoint we were completed jerked around regarding the deposit. No word sent back on deposit until after 21 days, and at that point only told deposit was "TBD." Waited another two weeks before calling about the status, and was told it was posted that day (and barely got out a thank you before the other party hung up, so no opportunity to ask how much.) Received deposit paperwork back next day... which let me know I have the privilege of paying them MORE money, instead of receiving any deposit back. I didn't expect much-- they let us stay a few extra days to clean, which ate some. Totally fine. They cleaned the carpet, totally fine and expected; I'll be the first to admit it was messy, and a broken carpet shampooer did not allow us to get it as clean as I'd have liked. To have cleaned the carpet, charged us for that, and then replaced the carpet (no receipt included in paperwork for that, of course), charging us over $800 for it? that's a little unfair. After getting jerked around on time for it-- not even a heads up of any kind-- it was a slap in the face. Can't afford to fight it, but I can write a review. If anyone Yelp searches these people before renting a home, my recommendation is to avoid it at all costs. I would never rent from these people again. The incident has actually soured my attitude towards landlords enough that I will probably never rent a home again, if there is any way around it.

So I walk into the carpet store, the smell of fresh new carpet hits your nose like a chocolate cake baking in the oven. So Heavenly. Taylor greeted me, and I told him I needed a 6 by 8 carpet for my kitchen. So Taylor tells me we have 6 by 12 carpets. OK, let's go see them. So we went upstairs. It was like carpet heaven to me. There are so many beautiful colors and sizes. So I picked out one with the help of my dad, whom I sent photos to. Taylor gave me a nice price on this carpet. After I bought the carpet and Taylor put the carpet in my car. I told him I give you 2 thumbs up 5 stars and tons of kudos. You're doing a great job. Then, when I was in my car, I realized I had forgotten to buy three floor mats that were on sale for 3 dollars each. So I went back into the store and bought the three mats. Thank you again, Wood Brothers, for all the help you have given me. I give you 2 thumbs up 5 stars and tons of kudos. You rock in my book. I will be telling my friends and family to come here to shop for their carpet and Linoleum.

My husband and I suspected that the wood was "green" . Mannington has a 50 year well written warranty so I wasn't worried, other than the inconvenience of having to move out and do it over. Mannington sent out their inspectors and they claimed the damage was our fault!! Something about humidity and that we needed to instal a house humidifier. Huh?! This is my third wood floor in this area and in 20 years, I have never had wood coming apart on the grain or the finish coming off. Wood Brothers were also shocked with the report results and went after Mannington. Even Mannington's local representative agreed about the faulty product, but Mannington Company stood firm. No deal! SO lesson learned - The 50 year Mannington warranty means nothing. Most of the time Mannington has very good products, but not every time. Wood Brothers has stood behind their product 100% and is going to do the whole job over free of any charges to me! Wow! Even floor removal and installation of the new product! Mannington corporation = BIG BAD COMPANY Wood Brothers = OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
