We went with Golden West Homes, since I had a positive experience when I graduated High School back in 1973 . I received a college scholarship from this company. All has been going well with the build with two exceptions. The permit for our septic took 8 months, along with Covid, and the overall situations with hundreds of others needing housing and the pandemic. Be it as it may, we are hoping to be in our home by May 2022. The process for building a home is certainly not for everyone. I don't believe we would have ever attempted a build if not for the fire.
