We were so happy with our home from Executive Homes... From the beginning, we dealt with Wendy and Tommy and got us under escrow. It was awesome how our home we were selling closed on the same day as taking possession of home from Executive Homes... Big Kudos to Wendy, Tommy, and Bill. And all the contractors involved. I will recommend you guys to everyone. read more

I purchased my home in May 2023 and moved in on March 19, 2024. Tommy and Bill were great to work with and always responded quickly to my calls and questions. Even when I stopped by the office unannounced that spent whatever time I need going over the info on my home. They both even took the time to meet me at the lot once it was delivered. The few minor repairs that were needed were quickly handled to my satisfaction. I have 2 other family members who have bought their homes from them, and we are all very happy. I would recommend them to others and purchase from them again. read more

Very disappointed, we decided on the purchase of one of their homes that was sitting on the lot previously built over a year ago for another customer whose loan didn't go through. We asked if there was anything we needed to do to insure our purchase as we were still looking for the purchase of land to put it on and the owner Wendy said no everything is fine. We went back a couple months later and she jumped up the price $50,000 using the excuse the material prices have gone up?????? Ummm The house was built over a year ago. We never got a walk through or gone over anytime frames in which if there was things that needed attention. She did tell us that after the move if there were repairs needed we have a year to report them. Well....as soon as the contract was sign Wendy and family or who ever else took a 3 week vacation and could not be reached and the staff they had running things didn't have a clue. Some repairs have been made and might I say very poorly then she ghosted us. We have been in our house for six months and are still dealing with issues. I have been left to figure out how to resolve issues on my own. Very frustrated, can't just make A phone call it's 4 and 5 calls to get anything done!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess this is what greed does, get thier money and you get kicked to the curb. CARMA read more

Nice people, but after sale customer service is terrible. It's been nearly 2 years since my home was delivered. And there are still many issues covered under the initial installation that continue to be ignored. After numerous emails and phones calls to both Executive Homes and the Clayton factory in Sacramento, none of these issues have been addressed. And it's as if their policy is to ignore clients long enough in the hope they will just go away. Not a great business model. I feel I've we've been extremely patient. But now I feel the need to contact HUD and possibly legal counsel. Companies like this should not be able to sale new homes until they meet their obligations to existing customers. In Dec 2021, the master bath window started leaking large amounts of water. The factory responded by email stating they would address it ASAP! Since then, crickets. read more

An absolute GREAT experience buying a home from Bill and Wendy. From the beginning to the end of the entire process they were there in every way possible. There were several things I wanted to change in the floorpan I chose and Bill helped me create something completely unique to me. Nothing was overlooked and I can't stress the importance of making sure you're working with honest, reliable people such as Bill and Wendy. After the Camp Fire there were some challenges getting new homes signed off by the county and Bill was right there making sure they had everything they could possibly need. I highly recommend Executive Homes and want to thank them for all their hard work and the attention I needed to make this a wonderful experience. read more

Want to give them a good review, however their after sale customer service is sorely lacking. Almost 2 years after purchasing from them there are still issues that continue to be ignored. Feel we've been more than patient. Contacting legal counsel. Possibly small claims court. Have emails, texts and phone records. Bill and Wendy seem like nice people but we are tired of waiting and will not go away until the issues they were made aware of in January 2017 are fixed. I could not recommend anyone purchase a home there. read more

The folks at Executive Homes helped us become the first folks in Butte Creek Canyon to get an Occupancy Certificate from Butte County after the Camp Fire. Wendy, Bill and Tommy were there for us whenever we needed questions asked throughout the whole process. Their efforts, along with those of their set-up crew, got us into our new house within 13 months of reaching out to them. Their coordination with Wallberg Inc. in getting the site prepared, setting up permit inspections and obtaining them, as well as helping us make necessary decisions sped up the process considerably. The fact that they are trying to do this with nearly a hundred other customers at the same time who all want to be first and foremost, it is amazing to me the staff here has remained helpful and friendly and hasn't lost their cool. We have a special place in our hearts for these folks and we always will. We are back home on our land and we owe much of this to Executive Homes. Executive Homes sets the standard for honesty, integrity, industry knowledge, and Service After the Sale. When my house burned down in Paradise, I immediately starting contacting dozens of mobile home dealers. It was a grueling ordeal. I contacted dealers from Modesto, CA to Oregon and Nevada. I considered new, used, discounts, lot models, etc. Out of everyone I spoke to, Wendy was the most honest person I met. She was up front about the sales process, the delivery time, service before and after the sale. And she's a pleasure to work with. She informed me of the complexity and the many stages of the set up process. And she was honest enough to mention that as hard as they try to deliver perfection, not everything goes perfect 100% of the time. That meant a lot to me. And that kind of honesty sealed the deal even before I actually decided on a home. You see, every other dealer promised perfection from start to finish. And I knew that just didn't happen. It was obvious every other dealer just wanted to make a sale. My Daughter and I endured many hardships after the fire. But working with Miss Wendy and Executive Homes, made us confident we made the right decision and had a caring team supporting us. Needless to say, they came through and built us a beautiful house. Now, making our beautiful house into a Home, that's not as easy. But that is the next step in our journey. read more

I was very happy with their professionalism and help putting in our house it is beautiful. However after seven years all of a sudden the roof starts leaking down the entire section where the two sections come together. I called executive homes and was told it is no longer under warranty but they referred me to a roofer that they use. The roofer came out and told me that the roof was not installed properly which was what was causing the problem, when calling executive homes back we're told that the roof was installed correctly just not as good as it should have been and they will not take care of the problem. I used to refer her all my friends in the area to them because I thought they were so professional but if they will not stand by their product in the fact that it was not installed correctly and now I'm having to put on a new roof after seven years I will be warning people instead of referring This is an update to my previous review. Wendy at executive homes has now gone out of her way to correct the problem with the roof and fix the interior damage the leak caused . I want others to know that this company was a fantastic company to work with when we bought our home and now they are coming through with taking care of a problem that occurred seven years down the road. I appreciate all their help I will definitely be referring people to them. read more

I highly recommend Executive Homes. Bill Leveroni was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. My parents were considering the purchase of a manufactured home. I visited Executive Homes numerous times with my mother. She picked out the model she liked and we gave Bill the location of the two lots where the home would eventually be placed. Bill visited the sites (which were a distance away from Chico) more than once and spoke to all the government agencies that would be involved in permitting the construction of the home. He obtained cost estimates for all the work that would be necessary to build. He provided a detailed list of the costs (agencies and utilities) and construction estimates. In the end my parents did not proceed with the purchase due to issues with the two lots (one too far from town and the other had title issues). During the process my mother spoke with owners of manufactured homes, including Executive Homes, and heard nothing but praise for the homes' construction and insulation. Rebecca Michael read more

From start to finish, Wendy was fantastic. Had our home for over a year. The follow up went well when there were some issues with the original construction. I would use them again. Not pushy on the sales side, and, available before, during and after completion of the product. Great job ! read more
