Everyone with Redline was amazing every step of the way. We had an emergency issue with our fire sprinkler water line in our house, on 4th of July! We called Redline on July 5th and they had someone out immediately. Vincent is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Monique was so helpful and kind. Manual was also knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent repair job. Every service requested and needed was completed with the utmost quality, value and timeliness. Every interaction was friendly and respectful. They went above and beyond to help us. And in a highly stressful situation, they lessened the stress of that process immensely. We highly recommend them to everyone and wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you all again for everything. read more

I just had our fire extinguisher recharged after one day of my wife using it on a stove fire. Thank you for the quick service.

We called five different fire protection/repair companies and got quotes three to five times as much as the quote from Redline to do the repair. Redline was able to come to our facility the next day and was able to repair the system quickly. By watching, I could tell that they knew what they were doing and explained each step of the repair. Highly recommend Redline Fire Protection. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and $ and call them first. Thank you very much. read more

Called on a Thursday 2 minutes before closing to inquire about their extinguisher service. The lady that answered was so nice . She even said she would wait for me after hours if I wasn't too far. Although my order was very minimal they still showed excellent customer service. The next day I went during normal business hours and I was greeted by warm smiles . They immediately serviced my extinguisher and was out of there quick . They even set up a reminder for the following service . I will for sure come back! read more

One of the sprinkler pipes in our ceiling broke and water flooded down like a waterfall. Part of my ceiling collapsed as a result. We immediately contacted Redline Fire Protection for emergency assistance. They arrived timely at their appointment time 5 hours later. The technician was friendly and professional. He was willing to comply to quarantine measures by wearing face mask and gloves. He quickly assessed the damage and provided us with a quote. The fixing work was fast and good too. I was most impressed by his professionalism when he offered to wait outside in the car for half an hour after the glue dried out so that he could make sure the pipe was okay. Everything went very well. Thank you for your service! read more

Great service & repairs. My only gripe is that is was $500 to come fix one fire sprinkler that was leaking. After replacing it the technician saw it was still leaking from the "T-Pipe" above the sprinkler head & he had to go back to their shop for the part??? When all done I spent $700 to have the equivalent on a sprinkler & pvc pipe replacement (about 6"). I guess that's the price you pay because it's a "fire sprinkler". read more

Excellent service. My dad broke a fire sprinkler. We had to shut off water until fixed. Called and the company is out to the house in less than an hour. Very professional. Couldn't ask for more. read more

I discovered that a valve was in the process of failing in my residential sprinkler system, and was spraying water inside the wall. After turning off the water to the house I called around to find out if there was a local company that could take care of it quickly. Redline dispatched Vincent, who arrived within an hour of my call. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional, easily fixing the faulty valve and repairing a few installation errors the original builder had made. He tested the system to ensure it was working and left his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call Redline again. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. read more
