Called on a Thursday 2 minutes before closing to inquire about their extinguisher service. The lady that answered was so nice . She even said she would wait for me after hours if I wasn't too far. Although my order was very minimal they still showed excellent customer service. The next day I went during normal business hours and I was greeted by warm smiles . One of the sprinkler pipes in our ceiling broke and water flooded down like a waterfall. Part of my ceiling collapsed as a result. We immediately contacted Redline Fire Protection for emergency assistance. They arrived timely at their appointment time 5 hours later. The technician was friendly and professional. He was willing to comply to quarantine measures by wearing face mask and gloves. He quickly assessed the damage and provided us with a quote. The fixing work was fast and good too. I was most impressed by his professionalism when he offered to wait outside in the car for half an hour after the glue dried out so that he could make sure the pipe was okay. Great service & repairs. My only gripe is that is was $500 to come fix one fire sprinkler that was leaking. After replacing it the technician saw it was still leaking from the "T-Pipe" above the sprinkler head & he had to go back to their shop for the part??? When all done I spent $700 to have the equivalent on a sprinkler & pvc pipe replacement (about 6"). I guess that's the price you pay because it's a "fire sprinkler". read more

I discovered that a valve was in the process of failing in my residential sprinkler system, and was spraying water inside the wall. After turning off the water to the house I called around to find out if there was a local company that could take care of it quickly. Redline dispatched Vincent, who arrived within an hour of my call. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional, easily fixing the faulty valve and repairing a few installation errors the original builder had made.
