We recently had our fire inspection and realized that we had to have our fire extinguisher serviced every year. Yikes after all the crazy stuff that went on with fire extinguishers a few years ago I researched and found elephant. We are a mother daughter Skincare studio so we were very happy when a girl showed up on time and on schedule. No offense to the boys out there. But this is a very girly place That does mean a lot when someone shows up on time because you only have a small window in between clients. Thank you Brooklyn for great service. We will definitely call you next year. Although you did say you would remind us next year and I have a feeling that you will. That makes me feel very happy!! Thank you again, Tiffany Brooks read more

Kudos to your employee that was turning out of Murrieta Loma Linda Hospital at 8:05 PM on 06/12 while I was crossing in the crosswalk on the walk signal with my disabled husband. He didn't pause or wait to go, just kept creeping up on us and didn't even wait until we were at least halfway across to just turn behind us. How illegal and how embarrassing that this is the type of employee that represents your company, wish I got the license plate, but do what you will with the information provided if you even care. read more

A+ Service from everyone at Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service. I manage a multi-family dwelling in Rialto that needed its extinguishers serviced prior to a city inspection. Not only did Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service visit the building within a few days of my call, but they were able to replace a cracked Plexiglas on one of the extinguisher boxes and make sure that everything was on the up-and-up prior to the inspection. I will most certainly have Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service handle the extinguishers from here on out. Thanks for everything and your prompt work. read more

These guys are awesome! Not only were they efficient and got our extinguishers serviced quickly, they were all super pleasant to work with. My favorite part about this company is that they are family owned! There is something comforting about working with the whole family. I spoke to Brooke originally and she was kind and helpful. Blake was the gent that serviced our building. He was really nice and professional. We all enjoyed having him in the studio. I would highly recommend these folks and will definitely be using them next year! read more

Elephant services our fire extinguishers at work. The gentleman that services us came to my office earlier this month. He was professional and quick at doing his job. My review is based on today's interaction. Today, we ran into an issue that was related to the fire alarm. We had called the number on the alarm earlier in the day, but didn't get much guidance they just told us someone would come out today and they didn't. I needed reassurance that it was ok to leave for the night with the warning it displayed. I didn't know who else to call, but since it was fire safety related, I called Brookelyn, she returned my call in less than 5 minutes. Mind you, it was after 7 pm. She was not able to answer my questions directly, but did not hesitate to share valuable referrals. I can tell her business is her passion, and she cares about her customers. She was so polite and followed up with a text to be sure I had the referrals accessible. The first referral she gave me was so helpful and walked me through what the issue was and gave me the reassurance that it was ok to go home for the night. read more

I had looked up and called 4 other extinguisher companies. Elephant Fire was quick to call back and in comparison to the other companies seemed to have the best pricing and service. We were very impressed by the service that Stewart provided. Prompt, professional, and very nice. He serviced the extinguishers curbside and made everything so easy. If you are looking for a company to service your extinguishers, look no further and go with Elephant Fire. (plus they have a really cool logo!) read more

Their service was stellar! Kyle helped us figure out what we needed and didn't need. He explained what he did, and why. When it came time to pay the invoice I called super later and they answered. I LOVE how available they are. They are great! I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. read more

Found Elephant Fire on Yelp and decided to try them out since they had great reviews and was close to our business. Hands down the best call I made. I talked to Brooklyn and felt right at ease. She was more than accommodating to fit in our busy schedule at the office. Day of the service she came to the office and got right to work. She was able to perform a maintenance check on our Fire Extinguisher in hardly anytime at all. Brooklyn was so friendly, thorough and professional. The service cost was quite inexpensive. I easily would have paid more with the easy and quality of the service. Don't look anywhere else these guys are legit. I don't plan on going anywhere else as long as Elephant Fire is around. read more

We had an awesome experience with Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service! Never had to service fire extinguishers before, so we didn't have a go to company to call. We took our chances with this company and Blake was here the next day to service both fire extinguishers in our unit quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and got the job done. They are now our go to company and we will definitely be coming back to them when it's time to service our fire extinguishers again. We highly recommend this company to anyone. Needed my home fire extinguisher recharged and found EFES on Yelp. Left a VM early in the am and was then contacted by text from BrookLynne. She was an absolute joy and such a professional. Kept me posted with her schedule and when she could get to us. Very courteous and gracious with her texts and time. Thanks again! read more

Great experience with this company! Blake responded to my inquiry right away and Brooke showed up to my site two days later with 7 up to code extinguishers to replace all my low quality, neglected extinguishers. Great communication every step of the way and I appreciated Brooke explaining why my old units should be replaced. I couldn't be happier with their service and will definitely use them again...thanks much! read more

Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service is the kind of small, family business that represents the best of local business activity. Brook (shortened name) and her brother Blake are true professionals. After calling 5-6 other fire extinguisher service companies, among other advantages such as they are local to Moreno Valley and surrounding areas, Brook's professionalism, kindness and cheerfulness over the phone won my support. Blake came out and demonstrated his professionalism, knowledge and customer care. Elephant Fire, is definitely a keeper. read more

Contacted this company to see if they could repair a particular type of fire extinguisher. I gave a description of the unit and the problem and clearly stated that it was a pressurized water extinguisher. Got a reply back that they needed a photo of the extinguisher so they could determine if it could be serviced. There is only two styles of this type of extingguisher and I gave a VERY clear description of the one that I have that needs service. They, quite obviously thought I was talking about some type of chemical extinguisher. Obviously they don't know the difference. read more

After conducting serious research, I settled on Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service to get a new fire extinguisher for our home. I called on Monday afternoon and spoke to Brooklynne. She set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Brooklynne arrived right on time and very professionally installed our new fire extinquisher. The price was very competitive (just a few dollars more than Amazon Prime) and Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service will service/recharge the extinquisher whenever it is needed. Another thing I like about this company is that it is a local family owned & operated company. I settled on Elephant Fire Extinguisher Service based on the positive Yelp reviews - Brooklynne (granddaughter in the family) fully lived up to the expectations set by the Yelp reviews. read more

After I was extremely upset over a competitor, I called Elephant Fire, and they were extremely helpful. We have a lot fire extinguishers to service at my facility, and Brook got it done in a timely manner, and a really good price... It was the lowest price I could find. She also informed me on things of which I was unaware of as far as fire inspections for a business license. Overall, I would recommend using them. read more
